Those eyes. I will never forget the way they watched me. I will never forget the fear that they permanently put into my soul.
I stared into them as the officers pulled me from the ground.
I fought them. I didn't want them to touch me.
"Leave me here!" I screamed at them.
Why wouldn't they listen to me?
I just wanted to lay down on the ground and see his eyes again. Please don't take me away.
The officers held me up and took me outside while I screamed and sobbed at them.
They put me into the back seat of the squad car. I tried to open the door to run out, but it was locked.
I laid down in the backseat and sobbed. I let the tears fall as I tried to remember the look that was in his eyes.
I never wanted to go.
