Chapter 13

Sungjae's POV

Yesterday was probably one of the funnest day I've had in a while. Not only was I able to spend the whole day with joy but we were able to get back into our old selves, for the past couple of days I had been realizing that she was a little more quiet around me and that bothered me but today was totally different and to be quiet honest I was really happy. I knew that I had decided we should only be friends but sometimes the things she does makes me want to blab about my feeling to her. for example when we were in the train ride over she massaged me and I thought it got really intimate but she was just blassé about it like that was totally normal and Throughout the whole day also she had been showing a lot of agyeo and even though I acted like I wasn't phased by it my heart would beat crazily at her and her crazy beautiful smile. When we got to the village We got to meet the grandma who's place we were staying at and she was so nice she even made us food and the way joy acted around her and how she tried to take care of her made me fall more for her if that was possible. I also got to talk to her dad today which was really nice. When we were getting ready to go to bed and she removed her makeup I was surprised, in a good way, she was so cute even without makeup. After we finished washing up we got a couple minutes off camera as they were setting up the camera in the bedroom and living room since I decided to sleep in the living room, I had promised hyung I would. Right as the pd called cut joy seemed to have disappeared so I went on the hunt for her only to find her on her phone probably with ongoing hyung. Right her boyfriend I had sort of managed to forget about hyung this whole day and even though I knew joy was his girlfriend I couldn't help myself from liking her but since she was hyung's girl I wasn't going to make a move they seem happy. That night I went to sleep and continuously woke up because I knew I snored and didn't want to wake up joy but everytime I checked on her she was fast asleep even though she tossed and turned a little.

I was awoken the next morning by joy and even in the morning she was beautiful we washed up and for the first couple of minutes it was as if we were in our own bubble and I wanted us to stay there forever. "Cut!" The of yelled overhead "OK guys get dressed you guys will be helping out on the farm today get excited!" She said enthusiastically. We were left alone as some the camera crew went ahead to the farm to set up.

I finished getting dressed first and as I was waiting for joy in the living room her phone rang and ilhoon hyung's face appeared on the caller ID not knowing if I should pick up or not I yelled out to joy that she had a call from him and she indicated it was OK for me to answer it so I did. "Hello!" I answered " ugh sungjae stop yelling I have a horrible headache where is sooyoung I need to talk to her" he groaned out through the phone " she's getting dressed in the next room but I can get the phone to her, hold on" I replied then went to give the phone to joy but she refused saying quite loudly, I presume so that hung would hear it, "Its too early and too nice of a morning to talk to assholes!" I stood at the door a little shocked and confused did they get in a fight? I don't know why but that though made me smile a little. I put the phone back to my ear and said "hyung did you hear that?" He groaned out a yes "what did you do to get her angry" I said in giggle "nothing really I went out drinking with a couple of friends and I think I was a jerk when she called me last night, ugh I feel awful" I still had a big grin on my face even though I knew it was inappropriate for the situation but I literally could not stop myself from grining " aww I'm sorry" I said "so you think you could get her on the phone please I need to apologize" as he said this joy cane out of the room looking like she was fuming " um hung she seems pretty angry though maybe give her a while to calm dow..." before i could finish joy grabbed the phone out of my hand screamed into it "go talk to one of your other girls since you can't be bothered with me!" Then she hung up then threw her phone on the little mattress in anger. I was still grining she turned to look at me "what are you laughing at!" She screamed, that made me burst out into a laugh because she was just too cute trying to be angry, she came over and started hitting me but I couldn't stop laughing eventually she gave up on hitting me and also started to laugh until we were both lying on the floor facing each other giggling like teenagers "thanks for making me laugh" she said a while after we stopped laughing "no problem that's what friends are for!" I said smiling and pushing the small hairs out of her face "so can I ask why you are so mad" I asked she went on to tell me about what happened when she called hyung yesterday "oh hyunah! No no you have nothing to worry about they are just really close friends" I said in an effort to calm her "for some reason that doesn't make me feel better" she replied getting up in the process "anywho let's not talk about him anymore I need to not think about it let's go film!" She said pulling me up with her as we went to film.
