A/N
This is my very first story and fan fiction. If any of the information on here is incorrect, I sincerely apologize.

"You'll NEVER get anything right, will you?!" Your mother shouted harshly at you.

"M-Mom I-" you stammered out, but you couldn't continue.

"Don't 'mom' me (Y/n)! I always tell you everything so specifically but you never, " your mother took one step closer, "get things, " another step, "right!" She finished and her hand came speeding towards your face.

"I-I..." You stuttered. You froze as you heard the slapping noise echo in the air. Your hand rose up to your cheek where the stinging pain of your mother's slap could be felt. Your skin was bright red from the strong and sudden impact. Tears threatened to spill out of your eyes like a waterfall. You quickly turned on your heel and without a second thought, ran out the door.

"Don't come back!" Your mother's voice shouted as your legs guided you in an unplanned direction.

You ran, and ran, and ran. You've been outside for days, climbing up Mt. Ebott, hoping for an end. Your (h/l) (h/c) hair was tangled and stuck out in random places, your clothes were in decent condition, despite the dirt and dried mud that stained it, and you had a only few scratches and scrapes from falling. You finally reached the top of the mountain after treading the long way. Your legs ached and your head felt as if it was pulsing with pain. You were about to say your goodbye to the world, but you tripped on a vine which cut your words short. You couldn't complain, the quicker this happened the better. You were falling away from the world's grasp, you could finally be free. You then felt the impact of the ground beneath you and black filled your vision. Was it finally over and done with? You lost conscience and your body ended up in a state of numbness.
