Nandini's POV..
I stumbled towards washroom and entered
it. I wanted to cry but I had promised Manik
not to. I washed my face but the head was
dizzy. Maybe it's because more then 24
hours since I had my last meal. I felt like
falling here and there. I kept standing with
the washbasin trying to gather myself but it
was difficult. I came out of the washroom
taking the support of the wall and walked
slowly back to Manik's ward. Blurry
everything and suddenly I lost everything..!
Full blank..! I wanted to held something
when suddenly someone hold me..!
"Nandu?"I heard Jack's panic voice and then
done!

Writer's POV..
Fab3 and Alya were finding Nandini in
every corridor of the hospital when a nurse
told her where she was. They reached that
area and saw Nandini coming leaning with
the wall. All rushed to get her and suddenly
they saw her falling. Jack run towards her
and held her before she could touch the
floor.
"Nandu?"He patted her cheeks but she was
fainted..
"Crap..! She is fainted guys..!"Jack shouted
again and all were worried. He picked her
up and run to get the doctor.
"Alya..! Call Mutki! Maybe Nandini need you
both, don't tell Manik..!"Max said to Alya
running behind Jack and she run to get
Mukti..

"Due to low sugar levels and low blood
pressures she fainted! Since when she had
her last meal?"Doctor said to all buddies..
"I think it's been more then 24
hours..!"Cabir said sheepishly and Doctor
shook his head..
"This all stress and depression! Anyways let
her take rest properly..! And please take care
of her meal..!"Doctor spoke again and all
nodded...
"Urrmm! Doctor! May I ask something?"Alya
started hesitantly and lady doctor nodded..!
"Is she pregnant?"She blurted out and all
shoot a glance at her while Doctor looked
confused..
"What made you say that?"Doctor asked and
she bite her lower lip..
"Was just wondering as she fainted!"She said
sheepishly and Max glared her to stop
speaking rubbish...! No one can afford
getting this little girl pregnant YET...
"No no..! She is not! Just need a little rest
and let this drip get finished..!"Doctor too
felt a little embarrassed and left out..
"Pagal ho gai hai tu Alya? Kya boly ja ri
hai?"Jack whispered-yelled at her and she
gulped the lump nervously..
"It's ok Jack..! But don't let Manik know
about her yet..!"Cabir cleared the air and
suddenly Tiger came in..
"Nandini..!"He almost screamed in fear
when he saw his baby sister lying
unconscious with a drip attached to her
body before he reach her Cabir held him..
"Relax! She is fine! Just fainted cuz the lack
of food and depression!"He calmed him
down and Tiger shook his head.
"Manik..! He will kill us..!"He muttered
under his teeth and all look at each other
how to tell Manik...! Toughest couple of all!
"God! When will this bad time over?"Mukti
spoke rubbing her face in her palms and
Jack slowly took her in his embrace..
"Everything will be ok sis! Just trust me!"He
whispered kissing the top of her head and
she clutched his blazer tightly sobbing in his
chest..
"I can't see this beautiful couple in pain!
Why always they have to suffer? Why God
plays so unfair with them all the time?"Alya
ask to Max and nobody had an answer...!

Before anyone could comment over they
heard Manik's shout..
"What the hell? I am not paralyzed that I
can't walk..!"They heard Manik's yells and
run out worriedly..
"Buddy!"Cabir shouted as he saw Manik
struggling to walk in the corridor with lots
of nurses around to stop him from doing
so...! Manik look at Cabir and sighed...
"Guys! Where is my girl? Nandini kahan hai?
I was calling you all from so long! Kya hua
hai?"He complaint and tried to walk again!
Only Manik Malhotra could stand on his feet
so early after an injury like this! All run to
get him..!
"Sir please your stitches..!"Nurse pleaded
again to get him back...
"Shut up! Go away! I can walk!"He roared
and stumbled towards his friends before
they get him...
"Yaar tu kya kar raha hai? Let's take
rest!"Jack said as he gave him support..
"Topic mat badlo! Meri Nandini kahan
hai?"Manik said glaring at all of them..
"Aray she is taking bath! Tu chal wapas!
Look you are stressing your wounds!" Tiger
said softly and Manik made a bad face
before walking back to his room.

Manik's POV..
"Come on! Call her! Please! Wo theek tou hai
na??" My anxiety was increasing every
second as I stared all my buddies faces.
"Has something bad happened to her?"
Suddenly I shouted worriedly..
"Ok suspense up! We can't hide! Manik
Nandini is fainted and she is unconscious so
she is sleeping!" Jack spilled the beans in a
very straight forward ignoring the glares he
got from others while I almost had a heart
attack..
"What!?? And you all were hiding this???
Where is she? Is she ok? Mjy lay chalo us k
pass!!" I was going insane with worry. My
fragile doll was suffering so much! I had
promised to her Maa that I will take care of
her but I failed. Oh God. I panicked so much
for her that after half an hour hospital
management arranged a second bed in my
ward and shifted Nandini on it. She was still
sleeping. Oh my darling. So pale..! So
broken..! I wish I could reverse the time
where we were happy and she was smiling
for me.
Almost two hours passed with me staring at
her face and she was sleeping. I wounds
were literally paining and the heavy
medicines I had were pushing me in slumber
but I forced to open my eyes.
"Manik! I think you should sleep! See
Nandini will be angry if she will come to
know that you didn't rested properly!" Cabir
said caressing my hair and I sighed. How
much I wanted to have her in my arms but
these wounds and bloody bandages had
restricted me away off her. Finally I too
closed my eyes and within seconds slumber
over took me.

I woke up when something wet fell on my
cheek and HER sweet whisperings..
"I am strong for you! Very strong! I know
you will be ok! I love you! I love you so
much Manik! Please jaldi theek ho jyen! My
heart aches when I see you like this! I want
my Manik back! I want you so much!" She
whispered all the time her lips lingering on
my forehead her words touched my soul.I
opened my eyes lazily and got to see the
most beautiful face bent over me but crying
once again. She noticed me awake and
smiled in her tears.
"How are you feeling?" She chocked lightly
in her words and I smiled back holding her
hand in mine. With other I wiped her tears
shaking my head in a no not to cry and
palmed her cheek she snuggled in my palm
breaking in sobs again. I immediately got up
and held her close to my chest again.
"Hey! Baby! Shhh! I told you not to cry na?
Am ok! And why are you up? You also need
rest! Apni tbyt khrb kar lo ge tou mera khyl
kesy rakho ge?" I tried to cheerup her mood
trying to calm her shaking body..
"I love youu! I can't live without you! Please
I beg you don't leave me!!!" That's all she
was ranting. "I will be a good girl! I won't
bug you! Bilkul tang ni karoon ge ap ko!
Please Manik..!" She clutched the back of my
shirt in a death grip and I pulled her more
closer. Her each word.
"Nandu!!! Shhh! Chup! Listen you don't bug
me ok! I know you love me baba! Please you
are hurting me by saying all this jaan!" I
spoke stroking her hair and she look at me
with swollen eyes pouting like a baby.
Awww!
"You had promised me that you won't cry
tou ab?" I asked raising my eyebrow in a
funny manner and she finally smiled.
"You raise your eyebrow like my school
principal! He was a funny man!" She giggled
wiping her tears and like finally...! Finally I
distracted her.
"Ohh! Funny and all haan? Mrs Malhotra do
I need to tell you that how much funny I
am?" I said huskily and pushed her hair off
her neck only to dig her neck. She arched it
to give me more access and ruffled my hair.
I love you so much...
"Sorry I fell unconscious!" Suddenly she
whispered and I pulled back.
"Acha yaad krya! Give me my cell! I will call
Cabir to bring your favorite food!" I said
grabbing my phone and dialed for him while
Nandini was staring at me. After I hung up
she leaned forward and pecked my lips
softly while my fingers traveled in her hair
to deepen the kiss.
"I missed you!" She whispered innocently
after we broke and rested our foreheads. "I
missed your care! Please don't leave me
again like this!" She was whispering and I
kissed her knuckles..
"I won't ever!" I whispered back and she
smiled lightly resting her head on my
shoulder.

Nandini's POV..
"Manik!!!" I almost yelled and pulled his ear.
"Ouch ouchhh!!" He shouted in pain..
"Shhh! And eat your medicines or else I
won't leave your ear!" I said angrily and he
nodded immediately like a kid with that he
gulped the medicines hastily. Cabir bhai was
laughing like an idiot and rolling on the
couch he fell down. Manik picked up his
pillow and threw on him.
"Oh God! You guys are so cute! Manik no!
Like seriously tu sirf Nandini k he control
me aa skta hai!" He exclaimed still rolling on
the floor and I wiped some imaginary dust
from my shoulder to show off.
"Yeah yeah! That is actually very funny!"
Manik said with a grumpy face causing us to
broke into laughter again. I was about to
said something when suddenly two tiny
arms wrapped around my knees and I
gasped.
"Maushii! Am here!"His toddler voice and
my lovely baby was here..
