Germany: Ludwig had Elizabeta (Hungary) and Lil (Lichenstien) pick the colors since he didn't exactly want to pick them. He certainly wasn't going to have Uncle Gilbert pick them. Anyway, Elizabeta and Lil chose a mint kind of green and painted a little bird house on a branch.

Italy: For an idea about what color to paint your room, Feliciano just looked at his uniform (Which was blue). He did a lighter blue for the color while Uncle Romano did some of the grey.

Japan: Kiku didn't want to make your room too flashy, so he decided to do light grey and pink. On one grey wall, where your crib was, he painted a cherry blossom tree with a few birds.

America: Surprisingly, Alfred didn't want to do red, white and blue for your nursery. He was actually unsure about the color, so he had Tony and Uncle Arthur pick them.

England: Arthur wanted to let you know you were his little princess, so he did a princess theme for you. His imaginary friends helped him pick the colors while your three uncles didn't help (Arthur didn't ask them).
