A/N: I'm totally ashamed for how short this chapter is. Sorry. But I hope you still like it and to make up, I'm going to post a second chapter later today.
Michelle’s point of view
I ran outside leaving Spencer and almost tackled Katheryn. She was with her parents and her little brother. I’ve missed her. Her blond curls, her blue eyes, her kindness. I asked if she wanted to sit with me and she agreed. When I walked to Spencer, both he and Katheryn looked surprised.
“Spencer, this is Katheryn, my best friend. Kat, this is Spencer, he adopted me.” She gave me a weird look, because she didn’t know what had happened.
“Kat, my parents are murdered.” I said, trying not to break down in tears. But when she pulled me into a hug, I let the tears fall.
A/N: sorry. While writing on my iPod, I didn't noticed it was so short and I thought the last sentence looks like the end of a chapter, but when I re-typed it on my laptop, I saw how short it really was. Chapter seventeen will come today.
