Dean- •both of you freaking out, especially Dean.
•Dean frantically running around trying to find his car keys and his phone to call Sam.
•wishing Bobby was there to see your son.
•holding deans hand really tight.
•"hey little guy I'm your dad!"

Sam- •both of you being calm but really excited.
•calling Dean before you get there.
•your newborn baby twins having Mary's eyes.
•"push babe push!"
•"Sam they're so beautiful!" Teary eyed and smiling Sam replies "I know babe I know."

Cas- •calling Sam and Dean to drive you too the hospital.
•Cas freaking out...A LOT
•asking Dean to be the godfather and Sam to be his uncle.
•every angel Cas got along with coming to see your daughter.
•"we made her y/n!" "We did huh? She's so beautiful Cas!"
