Dean: When you have a drink. Usually Dean was the one to drink his emotions away but when you were angry or upset you have a few drinks.

Sam: Drawing. When you were mad and pissed off you would incorporate those feelings into your drawings.

Cas: You would stay silent. Because if you talked when you were pissed you would blow up on somebody without meaning too.
