*Chapter 30: The Date Part 2*

*Ariel's POV*

I felt Louis come up from behind me. Suddenly the blindfold fell and I was amazed by the sight in front of me.

"I knew you weren't going to like it. Let's just leave." Louis said in disappointment after a couple of moments of silence.

What is he talking about?

"Louis, what on earth are you talking about? It's amazing." I said with a smile across my face.

"Are you sure?" Louis asked me reassuringly.

"Better than I could ever imagine." I assured him.

Louis had set up a cute picnic in the park. There were little lights twinkling around the area with a blanket in the middle. On the blanket was some food, a candle, and a bouquet of candles.

"Thanks." He mumbled.

We walked over to the blanket and sat down.

"I got these for you." He said, handing me the flowers.

"Thanks Louis. They're beautiful." I replied, taking the flowers from him.

*Two Hours later*

Tonight has been an amazing night. We got to know each other a little more and I learned some things about him that I never knew about him. And trust me, I thought I knew everything about him.

"It's getting late. I think we should start heading back. We have to get up ear-" I said before Louis interrupted.

"Actually, there's one more surprise." Louis said suddenly.

"And what surprise might that be?" I asked.

Louis didn't say anything. Instead, I heard a faint sound of a guitar. Suddenly I realized it was getting closer and closer, until Niall appeared with Zayn, Liam, and Harry.

"[Zayn]

Your hand fits in mine like it's made just for me

But bear this in mind, it was meant to be

And I'm joining up the dots with the freckles on your cheeks

And it all makes sense to me...

[Liam]

As Louis sang his part, he was looking directly at me, as if he were singing directly to me. When he finished his part, he continued to look directly at me throughout the song.

"[Harry]

By the end of the song, I was basically sobbing. This was the best surprise anyone has ever given me in my whole life.

Suddenly, Liam, Zayn, Niall, and Harry left, leaving me and Louis.

"Are you okay?" He asked with concern, finally noticing my tears.

"Yeah, I'm fine." I said as I wiped my tears.

"Then why are you crying?" He asked with concern.

"These are happy tears Louis. This was the best surprise anyone has ever given me." I replied.

At my response, Louis grinned from ear to ear. Wow, this boy is amazing.
