Just Left With A Feeling

I smiled at him giving him a warm you have nothing to worry about smile

Me:Help me unpack ill tell you all about it

I was pretty much done with all my unpacking but I needed to finish a few things

We started unpacking dishes

then the doorbell rang and I paid the guy but didnt let him in I took the pizza then let the door slam in his face

Matt:umm that was rude

Me:i dont take kindly to vampires

Matt:he was a vampire how could you tell

Me:if your around them long enough you know how to tell ive had 7 years of practice

he sat beside me on my long white couch we ate Pizza and I told him my life story

Me:When i was 10 years old i lived in georgia. my parents were murdered by an animal i learned that was not the case. i was taken in by a cousin who turned out to be none other then Isobel Flemming a vampire. she raised me as a daughter and she will always have a place in my heart but I will never forget what she is. she trained me to protect myself for 5 years I have all the skills of a hunter. I wont kill them unless they kill innocents but I am always prepared. I grew up around vampires,werewolves and witches. I grew up in madness then one day one of my best friends from school his name was derek johnson I took him home because I thought isobel was out of town I was never allowed to have friends over. we hung out and had a great night then the next day I heard derek never made it home then he showed up a few days later. then he tried to bite me and I had to kill him that was the first time I ever killed anyone or anything ever since then I have hated vampires. isobel turned him to teach me a lesson that there is no happiness in life only power that she had the power then she left to follow katherine and ended up coming back here to find her real daughter she never came back then katherine came back and told me she was dead...then katherine lived with me for awhile she compelled a few people for me but I have lived on my own since I was 15 then 2 and a half years later I live in mystic falls

Matt:This is like vampire central you know that right

Me: I dont know why I moved here it just feels like home some how

He smiled at me

Matt:im sorry about your parents I lost my sister too I live on my own now

Me:wheres your mom and dad

Matt:Never met my dad and my mom well thats a complicated story lets just say shes never around

I must have looked sympathetic because he put his hand on my shoulder and rubbed it his hand rested there while we just looked into eachothers eyes then his phone buzzed he drew in a breath and picked up never breaking eyes contact

Matt:Hello...Elena...yeah sure....im with crystal.....no problem....see you soon...bye

my heart dropped he was leaving

Matt:Iv'e got to--

Me:It's Cool

we leaned in closer

Matt:we can--

Me:Another time definatley

we were only inches away I looked at his lips then bit mine then and went back to his gaze

Me:Dont you have to

Matt:Yeah I should

He backed away as he did his lip grazed my cheek and I felt electricity run through my bones he left my apartment and I was left with a feeling
