MIRACLE P.O.V

School went by fast today. And I was honestly happy about it. Thanksgiving break is around the corner and I'm more than estatic to be away from all the drama for a while.

The last bell rung indicating that the busses are finna leave so I rushed outa the school and into the parking lot just in time. I sat down to catch my breath and felt eyes on me.

Looking up I see Tony staring at me with a dead look on his face. I squinted in aggravation and confusion and looked the other way.

I seriously don't know what ole boy problem is... Like ion think he likes me or whatever it's more like unexplained hate.

I look back and see him still fuckin looking.

"Is there a mf problem like speak tf up!"

He just dryly chuckled. "Yo dumb ass boyfriend don't know what's coming for him."

I sat there as he stood up and moved to the front of the bus. I saw him sit in front of LaShonda and began playing with her hair, smirking.

Of course her hoe ass liked the attention. But what Tony said had me thinking. What did he mean when he said that ?

I shook my head and looked down at my phone. I decided to hit up Legend, since I haven't heard from him since he got suspended again 😂. 

"Hello," he grumbled into the phone. Musta been sleeping.

"Hey bro," I smiled. "How ya been ?"

I could hear him sitting up in the bed. "I been fine. Dumb ass Ms. Davis wanna give me ten days for flipping her desk. "

I snicker, throwing my head back. "Legend it ain't no body fault yo ass got anger issues. Didn't you get in trouble last time for knocking a teachers computer off the table ?"

He sucks his teeth and I giggle sumore. I see that it's our stop so I get up and put my bag over my shoulder.

"But yeah," I say as I move through the isle. "I gotta talk to you bout something." Unfortunately I see Tony get up infront of me so now I gotta walk behind him. Stank ass.

He hears me and turns around. I give him the: the fuck yo nosey ass lookin at ? look and push past him.

"What about lil sis?"

I wait till I'm by myself to ask him. "You know a dude named Tony ?"

"Hmm," he said. "White boy Tony ?"

I nod as if he can see me. "Yeah him."

"Why? He was messing with you???" I could hear him getting up and stuff.

"Wait wait wait calm down. And I mean like not really but I think him and August got some beef."

"I wouldn't be surprised," he said simply.

"Huh ?" I ask confused. "What you mean by that ?"

He was silent for a minute.

"Legend ? Hello ?"

"You needa talk to your nigga Miracle." And with that he hung up.

I rubbed my forehead in frustration. Gosh what is everyone hiding from me ?

TONY P.O.V

I smile to myself as I think about this mornings conversation with Jaamal.

"What up Tony," Jamaal said dapping me up. I sit down beside him and he passes me that blunt.

"Nun much bruh just coolin."

"So yeah my nigga," Jamaal said. "Ion fuck wit August no more bruh. He done got so soft."

I nod passing the blunt back to him. "Exactly. Soft enough to me that I don't think he can run the Kingpin any more."

"You right bruh." I look over at Jamaal to see him deep in thought.

"Aye," I say. "This kingpin could be ours. And the girl. She can be yours."

He smiles at that.

"We would run shit foreal," we laugh at the thought, before it got quiet again.

"But...." He says. "How will we make this dream come true ?"

We look at each other.

"I think there's only way we can do that."

AUGUST P.O.V

MyBoo😍🙌💕: bae we needa talk. 5:49pm

Aight bet. 5:53

I slip on my nike slides wondering what she wants to talk about. Today's been hectic, at school and in the trap. I would hate to have her break up with me or something.

I sigh.

"Momma ima be back!" I yell before heading out the front door.

I begin to hum to myself scrolling on my phone.

Bae am I in trouble 😰💔 ? 5:59pm

Almost instantly, I get a text.

MyBoo😍🙌💕: lol no you big baby 😂 5:59pm

I slyly chuckle, stuffing my phone back in my pocket.

Then outa no where a car pulls up beside me.

"Aye nigga!"

I turn my head just as I see Jamaal raise a pistol right at me.
