Itami pov
This time I woke up alone. I wasn't alarmed, really I just felt..weird.
I heard Kira sigh in my mind.
"You don't have to do this. You know, you could've just sent out a message or something."
Yes, but I want to say goodbye properly. And plus, all of my stuff is on the Moby Dick
"I'm going to be honest, I'm going to miss them, even though they all never met me in person, everyone was so accepting."
Oh god stop, you're making me cry.
Sabo pov
I sorta noticed that for the most if the morning, Itami seemed...distant. I guess maybe it's about leaving her crew, but it seems like its something else.
'I guess I must be paranoid.'
After breakfast, we had started to set sail for the island that we were meeting Itami's crew at. To be honest, I'm a bit nervous. Itami keeps on saying that everyone there is like her family.
'Now I'm just being stupid.'
*later*
Itami pov
"Marco!!!!!!"
I jumped on him & cuddled him.
"Itami-yoi?!"
I laughed."Ne, ne! It's me! Gah I've missed you ya big bird!"
He had a tick on his head."I'm not a bird..."
"Oh yes you are!"I turned to Sabo."Come here!"
Sabo went over to us, small sweat beads here & there.
"Sabo-kun this is Marco! He's my brother! And Marco this is Sabo! My boyfriend!"I said
"H-hi."Sabo stuttered
Marco folded his arms."Yo. You better have been taking care of Itami here, yoi-"
I bonked him on the head."Marco! Be civil!"
Marco pouted at me."I was only kidding, yoi. But honestly, yoi, she will be emotional, but she's a keeper."
"Marco this is embarrassing!"I squealed
Sabo pov
'S-she didn't tell me that she was the new captain for Whitebeards crew! Doesn't that mean that she's.....a Yonko now?!'
"W-well I have been, Marco-san. She is a keeper."I said
Itami blushed & cupped her cheeks.
'Even though they're not real siblings, she sure does act like they are. It's kind if cute too..'
"So, yoi,"Marco started."What will it be?"
She gave a sad smile."Marco..I'm sorry, but I must leave the Whitebeard pirates. I know that I promised Pops but..I'm happy with Sabo-kun. Not that I'm saying that I wasn't happy with everyone of you, but after everything, I can truly smile again. I know that giving up my position as a Yonko is absurd, but this is my desiscion."She said
He sighed."I was afraid you'd say that, yoi. But I understand how you feel. I could tell that you weren't as happy as you used to back then, yoi. And I'm glad that yoi found Sabo-yoi, if he makes you happy, then I'm happy."
She grinned."Thanks Marco."
Spending the next hour moving Itami's stuff wasn't fun. How is it possible for one girl to have so many stuff? And we had to stay out of sight from the Marines.
"Right.."I huffed."Thats everything."
"Sabo-yoi,"Marco calls out."I just want to say, thanks for taking care of her for us. I'm sorry about what happened with Ace-yoi."
I gave a weak smile."Its alright. I wished I could've been there though, just to see Ace one last time."I sighed."But thats alright. I just have 2 questions."
"What is it, yoi?"
"Was he good to Itami? Did he ever say he was happy with his life?"I asked
"Well..when they first met she hated him. Pulled pranks on her all the time, but I guess after a while, they had finally clicked. He was really protective over her. Ace-yoi loved her to bits, and vice versa, yoi. I will be honest though, when she first met joined she was really quiet, but when she met Ace, she started to talk a lot more, and became more....more of a tomboy & feminine woman."Marco said
"And his life?"I asked
"I dunno, yoi. He probably talked to Itami-yoi about it, since that he did die in her arms, he might've mentioned it to her, but its best if you don't mention it to her, yoi."Marco said
"Thanks."
We started heading back to their ship, everyone was standing around talking & stuff.
"Oi yoi! Where is Itami-yoi?"
"I thought she was with you, Marco!"One of them called
"No, yoi! We haven't seen her since she went back into town because she saw something, yoi. Did anyone go with her?!"Marco called
My blood ran cold as I heard someone yell out:"No!"
"Marco! Look at this!"
One of the crew members gave Marco a letter, his eyes went wide as he scanned the paper.
"YOI! SEND OUT A SEARCH PARTY!"
"AYE!"
'W-whats going on?!'
Marco gave me the letter.
It read:
'You have all been invited to watch the public execution of Lucifer D Roza Itami, AKA:Dabury Hime no Itami. This lovely event will be held at approximately at 3:15pm, be prompt.
P.S:There will no way for any of you to get her back, that included you, Sabo of the Revulotionary army.'
