Okay so everybody's been wondering why Zah's dad hasn't used his street power to find her. I'll break it down for you, yes Flash is one of the most notorious gang leaders there and so is Aaron Brown, but there are actually other gangs. Not as big as the Guardians and the Lords (which is why they haven't been mentioned), but still very prominent, some are even branches of the Guardians or the Lords, but the smallest slip up and they could take over where either of the two are. So yes when Flash found out his daughter was missing he kept it to himself with the exception of immediate members of the gang, same goes for Chris' dad when he found out. Both of them have families, both of them are fathers, so they know that their family is their weakness. They can't risk people that wanna take the streets from them knowing their weakness is right out there for the taking. The only reason Mervin got her so easily is because he was a direct member of the Guardians, therefore he was trusted, and not a suspect making it easier for him to get Zah.
