Nightmare:
I greet the world
Of terror, shock and fright,
Of lions, tigers, bears—oh my!
Awake!

A/N: In general, a cinquain is a short poem of 5 lines. More specifically, it refers to the form invented by Adelaide Crapsey, who was inspired by the Japanese forms of haiku and tanka.
