( After School )
Rachels pov :
I walked into the choir room to see Finn sitting there. When he saw me he smiled and walked up to me , "You came." He said. "Yeah I figure why not . " I said. "Well come on I'll introduce you to the director." He said. "Mr.Shue. " Finn said and a curly haired man turned around. "Whose this?" He asked him. "Mr.Shue, this is Rachel Berry she's new and would like to try out for glee club. " Finn told him . "Okay well its nice to meet you Rachel Berry why don't you take a seat and we'll get started. " He said. "Okay. " I said. Finn smiled at me and said, "Come on I'll introduce you to everyone. " He said and we walked over to the group."Guys this is Rachel Berry. Rachel this is , Kurt Hummel, Noah Puckerman, Mike Chang, Blaine Anderson, Sam Evans ,Quinn Fabray, Mercedes Jones, Tina Co-Chang, Santana Lopez, and Brittney S. Pierce." He said. "Nice to meet you all." I said with a smile. "Aww she's like a little lamb." Santana said. "Come sit with Anti Sinx . " She told me . I smiled and sat down between her and Quinn . "Okay guys so in case you haven't met her yet this is Rachel Berry she is trying out for the New Directions so let's give her our full attention. Rachel , take it away." He said. I looked at everyone and stood up and whispered something in the piano mans ear and sat on the stool and started :

Funny
Did you hear that?
Funny
Yeah, the guy said,
"Honey,
You're a funny girl."
That's me I just keep them in stitches,
Double in half
And though I may be all wrong for the guy
I'm good for a laugh
I guess it's not funny

When the laugh is over
And the joke's on you
A girl ought to have a sense of humour
That's one thing you really need for sure

Everyone clapped for me and with that Mr.Shuester said, "Congratulations, your in." I smiledand everyone clapped for me .
Finns pov :
I walked up to Rachel after glee club and said, "Wow , you Rachel Berry have a real gift. " I told her. She blushed and said , "Thanks thats so sweet." She told me. "So do you maybe want to hang out sometime? we
could rehearse in the auditorium. " I said. She looked at me and said,"Finn I'm flattered but I don't know you that well." She said. "Okay why don't you get to then ?" I suggested. She said nothing . "Auditorium 3 o'clock Friday." I said and left.
