I know it may seem as if her story ended abruptly but remember who Helia is: she hates people trying psycho analyze her and tell her who they think she is, this story was only a brief moment in time when she tried or felt as if she tried to change for the better. But she couldn't take it so that final note was her going back to who she was at the very beginning. There was nothing more to continue, she had given up trying. Some people don't change and Helia is one of them.
