It settled down on the grass and started chewing the doggie biscuit.

" That'll keep you occupied for a while." I said in Dogese.

It's ears perk up again but continues to eat allowing me to sneak in though the back entrance that he was guarding, and successfully completing stage 1 of the mission.

I take out a small flashlight and adjust the light so it's not too bright.

Haha. That rhymed.

[I don't think you can adjust flashlights but remember. This. Is. A. Fanfic. No hate.]

Turning around in a full circle to get a grip on my surroundings, the flashlight fell on a sturdy wooden table.

My eyes widened when I saw the beauty on it.

There, in it's full glory, was a large cup of bubble tea. Chocolate bubble tea. My. Favourite.

I slowly walked over to it.

It looked like it was a few hours old and, sadly it was half full.

But.. no one will miss a little sip of it right?

Reaching for the cup, I was about to pick it up but I stopped myself.

" No! You're on a mission. You can't get distracted, you could get caught." I scolded myself.
" Now is not the time."

I started to walk away from it but I couldn't help but look back at it just one more time.

I could literally see a glow around it, beckoning me forward.

"Go for it." The little devil on my left shoulder said.
"A small sip won't hurt. The owner won't notice."

I took a step towards the table.

" No! This is not the time! You are on a mission!"
The little angel on my right shoulder reminded me.
" Don't get distracted!"

I took a step back.

" Do it!"

"Don't do it!"

"Do it!"

"Don't do it!"

"DO!"

"DON'T!"

"DO!"

"DON'T!"

I swatted them both off my shoulders as the noise became unbearable and silence ensued.

I walked to the table, grabbed the drink, and before I knew it, it was empty.

I put the little piece of heaven back on the table.

"That...was the best bubble tea I have ever tasted."

I craved for more and almost forgot what I came here for.

"The mission!"

Great. The perfect, little angel was back. Since I feel like being mean,

"Go away you pesky little angel. I'm a big girl. I don't need you to tell me what to do and what not to do."

The angel's bottom lip quivered before poofing into thin air.

" Finally! The annoying goody two shoes is gone."

I frowned.
" Let's just get this over with. Once the mission is done, I feel like watching a whole bunch of random movies."

"Sounds good." The devil agreed and I continued to search the house.
