Recently in Ghosts of the Past: Emma told Hook about their relationship, and kissed him. Emma has been so busy with trying to get Killian to remember that she hasn't yet returned home or realized that she has heard nothing from her parents...Milah and Neal seem to have disappeared, and are no longer causing problems...

But where are Henry, Snow and Charming? Could Hook have anything to do with it?

I drove home after the previous events, a trace of a smile on my face. I had kissed him and he had kissed back. I pressed on the brake and got out of the car, walking up our apartment stairs. I ran my hand around my purse, looking for my keys and opened the door. "Mom, Dad, Henry, I'm home. Sorry I'm late I just--" I looked around to find no-one there. I'm sure they'll come back eventually, probably got sidetracked or something...

Ring....-ring

I took out my phone, "Hello, Emma Swan, how may I help you?" "Emma, it's me, Regina. Is Henry alright? He didn't answer my messages and neither did Mary Margaret."

"Oh. I'm sure he's fine, Regina. I'll try calling again. They'll probably be back soon. Don't worry."

"Okay. Bye."

- beep.

So, Regina hadn't been able to reach them today either. It was so strange. Maybe their phones were off. I decided to go to Gold's shop, just in case, only to find the streets, strangely quiet. There was nobody in Gold's shop. I tried Granny's too. Nobody, not even a customer either. I went to Regina's house. "So...there's nobody really around tonight." I said, starting the conversation and she nodded, "I noticed, nobody's answering phones either. Maybe some kind of new magic or something's going on. You don't think we're being pranked, do you? I have a reputation to keep."

I shook my head, sipping on the wine, "I don't think so. It's been going on for too long and someone would have come out at some point."

Meanwhile in the Sheriff's Station...

BANG! The door broke open, revealing a young girl on the other side, her eyes glowed, unnaturally. Yet, when was anything in Storybrooke ever natural? She walked over to the cabinets, going through the files of every resident until she found the one she was looking for. "I'll find you soon, don't you worry..." The girl muttered, taking a few files and putting them in her backpack before running out of the Station from the back and into the darkness.

Back to Emma...

"We should go to the Station and see if there's something going on, maybe there's something in the files or on the pen-drive." I suggested and Regina agreed, "Yeah,  you're right. Let's go." we both walked quickly to the Station, not knowing that only a few minutes ago, the answer had been inside. "Whoa...what the--" Papers were scattered all over the place, the lights kept flickering as if they had been damaged and the door was broken. It had been banged open by force. That was for sure.

"It's obvious this person doesn't know how to break in, without letting others know." I muttered, loudly, only to have Regina reply, "Or...the person did this on purpose. This person wanted to let someone know they were here, and some files are missing." I look towards the file cabinet, gaping. "Who is this person? Let's check the cameras." I checked the video, only to find there was nobody on the tape. It was like everything was moving by itself. It was almost the scariest thing ever.

"How is that happening? More magic, maybe? Another enemy, perhaps."

That was when everything went dark.
