One: If you're reading this on an iPhone, copy this mark: ‽
Two: go to Settings >> General >> Keyboard >> Shortcuts.
Three: click the little "+" symbol in the upper right corner.
Four: paste "‽" next to Phrase and type "?!" Next to Shortcut. Save.
Five: test it! Every time you type "?!" It will default to "‽". Isn't that awesome‽‽‽
If you're on a computer, just copy and paste the symbol.
