Haha brilliant question to ask Matt, Amy! I'm still calling Eleven Matt. I called Ten David for a few minutes... then he said something awesome and I started calling him the Doctor. THIS HAND'S A FIGHTING HAND!!!!
I only have called Nine the Doctor right away. The others after Nine had/have/are being called (by me, at least) by their actors' first names until they prove themselves to be the Doctor again.
That probably made no sense. Looking back on it, it doesn't. Who cares, I'm a weird person anyway :)
