I remember what I said when I learned that Osama bin Laden had been killed by the American government and dumped in the ocean. I had looked my mother in the face, completely serious, and said, "Good. Now he can get to hell faster."
I had been completely and utterly serious. And I'm not kidding. We were talking about the movie Max at the dinner table and I remembered that. I was either 8 or 9 when I said that.
