The night wrapped around us in a cocoon of warmth, the air still thick with something unspoken, something lingering between our breaths. We lay there, bodies tangled, half-covered by the sheets. My back pressed against his chest, his arms loosely wrapped around my waist, his fingers idly playing with mine.

His face was tucked against the curve of my shoulder, his breath warm against my skin. Every now and then, he would press a soft kiss there-lazy, almost absentminded, as if he couldn't help himself.

A small, contented sigh left my lips.

He tightened his grip slightly, pulling me even closer. "Are you okay?"

I could hear the hesitation in his voice, the concern laced between the words.

I smiled, letting my fingers trace over his hand. "I'm okay."

"Are you sure?" He shifted slightly behind me, his nose brushing against the back of my neck. "Does anything hurt?"

I turned my head just enough to glance at him. "You were gentle."

He exhaled, as if relieved. "Of course, I was." Then, in a teasing tone, "It's your first time."

I laughed lightly, nudging him with my elbow. "How are you so sure?"

He scoffed, pressing another slow kiss to my shoulder. "No way you'd do this with anyone else but me."

His confidence made my cheeks warm, but I didn't deny it.

Silence stretched between us for a moment, comfortable and heavy all at once. Then, I turned my head slightly again, eyeing him.

"This was all part of your plan, wasn't it?"

Han Wool made a small sound, half amused, half questioning. "What do you mean?"

I shifted slightly, turning just enough to meet his gaze. "The songs," I accused.

He blinked before a grin tugged at the corner of his lips. "You mean s*x?"

I groaned, rolling my eyes. "Yes, but the songs first."

He chuckled, his fingers trailing absentminded circles on my hip. "I mean... someday, it would've happened anyway."

I raised an eyebrow. "Oh?"

"So," he continued, voice laced with amusement, "I took extra steps."

I narrowed my eyes playfully. "Extra steps?"

He bit his lip as if holding back laughter. "Buying protections."

I gasped, turning in his arms to lightly smack his shoulder. "You planned this!"

He laughed, catching my hand easily and intertwining our fingers. "Not planned. Just... prepared."

"You make it sound so logical."

He smirked. "Well, I do pride myself on being a strategic man."

I huffed, but I couldn't stop the small smile tugging at my lips. "So, if I hadn't come to the car, you would've just kept waiting?"

Han Wool shrugged. "Eventually, you'd have come running to me."

I rolled my eyes again, but his confidence was annoyingly attractive. "You are unbelievable."

"And you're adorable when you're flustered."

I buried my face into the pillow with a groan. His laughter vibrated against my back as he pulled me even closer.

Silence settled again, this time peaceful.

His lips brushed against my shoulder once more. "Ye Na."

"Mm?"
