I straighten, turning back to him. “Actually, I just remembered something.”

Han Wool, who was so close to being done with me, sighs like he already regrets existing. “…What now?”

“The deal from yesterday,” I say, folding my arms. “You remember it, right?”

His eyes narrow. “What about it?”

“You said you’d do any favor I ask.”

His expression immediately darkens. “Don’t tell me you still want to see me naked.”

I blink innocently. “Can you?”

“NO.”

I smirk. “Wow. That was fast.”

“What part of no in hell way did you not understand?”

I sigh dramatically. “Fine. You’re no fun.”

He scoffs. “Oh, I’m sorry. Were you hoping for a strip show in the middle of the hospital?”

“Tempting,” I say, just to see the horror on his face. “But no.”

Han Wool runs a hand through his hair, visibly exhausted. “Ye Na. What do you want?”

I smile sweetly. “Tomorrow, you’re coming with me somewhere.”

He blinks. “What?”

“That’s the favor.”

“Absolutely not.”

I raise an eyebrow. “Excuse me?”

He shakes his head. “I already know this is going to be something insane, so no.”

I huff. “You promised.”

“I also promised myself I wouldn’t get scammed twice in one week, so.”

“Oh, come on.”

“No.”

“Yes.”

“NO.”

I glare at him. “Are you seriously backing out of your own word?”

“I don’t even remember agreeing to this.”

“You did.”

“Did I?”

I grit my teeth. “Yes.”

He exhales sharply, looking up like he’s asking the universe why it cursed him with my existence. “Where, exactly, are you trying to drag me?”

I hesitate. I can’t tell him I’m trying to dig into his memory, or he’ll never agree.

So I just shrug. “It’s a surprise.”

His stare is pure suspicion. “That’s not reassuring.”

I grin. “Wasn’t supposed to be.”

“Ye Na.”

“Han Wool.”

He groans, dragging a hand down his face. “Why me?”

I tap my chin. “Because you’re legally bound by the sacred laws of our deal?”

“There are no sacred laws.”

“There are now.”

He exhales through his nose, like he’s trying to find peace but can’t because I exist. “Fine. But if this turns out to be some crazy cult meeting or illegal organ trade, I’m walking out.”

“Deal.”

“…Why do I feel like you would take me to an illegal organ trade?”

I shrug. “Guess we’ll find out.”
