Luke's P.O.V.

Today is 31 of December and everything is going normal . Me and Emily never been so close like we are now , not in a romantic way . I wish . But in a friendly way , i'm still not sure if Emily likes me or not , after our kiss , well our kisses , she's been acting different but not in a bad way , i feel like she opened up to me more than she used to . And i couldn't be more happy about it , all of us are currently sitting across the twins living room discussing what party we should attend in New Year .  Personally i think it would be better if you attended one that didn't have a lot of people like the last we went .

-I think we should go to one where there's less people - Emily chimed in

Did she just read my thoughts or something ?

-Yeah me too- I said

Emily looked at me and smiled .

They all nodded .

-So we're down to Theo James , Paul Knight and Sarah Wild - said Ryan

-Paul Knight - Emily and Paige said at the same time

-So Paul Knight it is - said Ryan with his arms in the air

I frowned . Who the hell is Paul Knight ?

Emily looked at me and said - Paul Knight is a the basketball team captain , at first you might think he's a big dick and all of those things but he's actually really sweet and in New Year , he only invites close friends or nice people - she smiled

-Are you like reading my thoughts or something ? - I asked her in a low voice so she was the only one to hear what i said

-No . I'm just reading your face - she said

I chuckled lightly .

-That's weird right ? Reading your face ? - she asked chuckling a bit

-No . Not at all - I chuckled

She smiled and lightly slapped my chest . 

I faked hurt - Ouch !

-Shut up it didn't even hurt - Emily said smiling

-Do you know what hurts ? - I asked her

-What ? - she asked me

-The fact that you're so beautiful that it's painful - I said

She giggled- Cheesy 

-Yeah . You love it - I said smirking

-You're an idiot - she said laughing a bit

I smiled .

I placed my lips really close to her ear and whispered "But i'm your idiot "

She shivered and looked at me smiling sweetly .

-Are you two lover birds done ? - Paige asked chuckling

-Lover birds ? - Emily looked at her

-Yeah . You know lover birds as in a sweet sweet relationship - said Paige dreamily 

-We're not in a relationship - Emily spoke really fast

I wish we were .. Only if she knew 

-Yet - Matt smirked

Emily looked at me and blushed fiercely .

-Hum .hum what time should we meet ? - asked Emily clearly changing the subject

I wonder if she likes me that way . And if those kisses meant the same thing for her as it meant for me .
