Epilogue - Entry 01 - Mountain Town

Nobody has ever seen those who have disappeared since the beginning of all those disappearances. Yet, Mountain Town has became a whole lot more peaceful since Gaia had finally disappeared.

There was no more disappearances, and we have found some documents where Gaia had left us... stuff about her motives and all that stuff. Apparently, like all of the disappearances before, this was caused by an unhealthy obsession for a show called "Object Overload", a 2013 show made by XanyLeaves, based on a show called "Battle for Dream Island".

Many people had suspected that gang activity had caused this and the disappearances that took place in the surrounding towns as well. This gang, unfortunately, had gotten away with their crimes, becoming those living amongst the objects as well, becoming objects themselves.

People had evacuated Mountain Town, but some people had decided to stay to research this phenomenon as well. I am one of the few people who's helping research phenomenon like this. I am Norah Parker and I am with my girlfriend, Sienna Amberley.

"Hey, Norah, are you trying to do a little journal again?" Sienna asked.
"Yes, people need to know what really happened to all these people who are in this now abandoned city as well." Norah replied, "Also, Eylissa Pathaway and Boba-Anne Mortimer are studying another town, I believe..."
"Good, well, I got to go back to work." Sienna replied.

Anyways, where was I again? Right, I came on behalf of a woman named Goldiva A.  Clubketh, who is part of an organization called Humanity Against Transformations, we are just exploring phenomenon, so we could one day find a cure for all of this bullshit.

Daniella Insignia has told me that she has found sightings of more League of Hosts members, and how they pose a threat against all of us as well. She has told us and Goldiva about the tournament that Lamira was planning, whatever Isadora is planning, the erratic behavior coming from Pryonna and Calyndra having a history of using people as guinea pigs as well.

She also told me about two more people as well, Anita and Clayrssa, who are still figuring out what object shows to make real, so, they don't pose that much of a threat right now. All we can do is focus on researching this ghost town.

There's been rumors about the objects that currently reside in Mountain Town are now competing in a real-life version of Object Overload, and one of the objects, surprisingly still remembers her human life as well. Locky, or what people used to call her, Lotus told us that she was lucky that her mind was strong enough to keep her memories, but only new ones and a personality shift happened to her.

I found it interesting, nobody knew it was possible to avoid having a full mind change, usually, on the surface, you'd think that their mind has been fully wiped, that's why not many people believe those who still retain part of their mind, or their whole mind. Maybe one day, we can finally change everyone back, and together, stop humanity from going extinct as well!

Meanwhile with Evan...

"We have failed again... but next time, we will be more prepared than ever." Evan mumbled to himself before one of his employees came in.
"Hello, Mr. Marcello, I've been wondering if we could gather more evidence!" Mizu Diaz asked.
"Yeah, it would be fun if we looked through different cities, and then we can report back to you as soon as we can!" Porter Corbin smiled as he was ready to spend some quality time with his girlfriend as well.
"Sure, make sure you guys return as soon as possible, who knows what they might be planning?!" Evan replied.
"Thanks!" Mizu smiled as she and Porter walked away from Evan, who was now alone.

However, Whilmea came in and looked at Evan, "Are we ever going to succeed in our goals, because I have found some crucial information, someone has been watching some people lately, and I don't think it is good either."
"What?" Evan asked, "Who could it be?"
"Do you remember Webster? Webster from Skaggs Inc.?" Whilmea asked.
"Yes, I do, but he was one of the surviving members of that company, I heard that he assumed free agency after Deerville has fallen." Evan replied, "I think you have put you nose in too deep, Wheeler."
Whilmea then looked at Evan, "It sounds strange that everyone has been disappearing lately, and there is no way that we would be able to succeed if someone's been watching!"
"I will help you find this Webster guy, let's just hope that he hadn't found out about the transformations." Evan replied.

Webster was watching through the window, looking through the files of the transformation incidents of all these different locations, as he contacted one of his colleagues...

"Brookey, we have finally found these losers, and the secrets they might be holding from us." Webster snickered.
"Good, I knew that Goldiva wasn't a good person from the start, she always has struck to me as a bad person... she was one of the many reasons why Deerville has fallen as well!" Brookey snickered, "However, our plan to bring down Goldiva will be a slow, painful process, and I will make sure she has no one left, I will make sure that she is nothing but a piece of garbage, and I will treat her as such as well!"
"Good, so, do you know anyone else who would help with the downfall of Goldiva? We also need to find some insider to test where their loyalties really lie on." Webster snickered.
"How about Lyla Lamndon? She sounds like to be a great candidate to poison her view on Goldiva, all of them might worship Goldiva as their goddess, but soon, they'll all know the truth..." Brookey snickered, "This bitch who took down one of our bosses is going see that her life will be a living hell soon enough!" (Note that Lyla will not appear in Book 9, but rather the trials of 23.)

Well, shit, Brookey was after Goldiva... and she will make sure that her life is miserable, miserable to the point where Goldiva will transform herself...

...but the real question is: how emotionally strong Goldiva is?
