Television Addiction

Start from the beginning

"I don't remember adding this to my TV channels, I might have to call the provider to see if this is normal-" Teena was then interrupted by some static, along with some mechanically sounding voice.

You! You ungrateful little bitch!

"Who, what, me?" Teena asked, as she looked at the TV, mesmerized by the eerie sounding TTS voice as if it was talking to her like some real person.

We produce you quality entertainment everyday, and air it throughout the days, your entire life, and you waste your days sitting on your fat ass, on that damn couch, endlessly scrolling down the channels?!

Those words were very cut, dry and well... a personal attack, who was really doing this to her? "Why do you have to insult me like that?! I want my shows back!" Teena was trying her hardest to change the channel, but the remote wasn't responding to her inputs, she then had heard from Clay that if her TV or phone ever acts up, she should just turn off the TV or even unplug it. She presses the power button...

...but nothing happened.

You cannot simply turn me off that easily, you are really stupid for following someone's advice, you are trapped, boxed in, there's no escaping!

The TV was trying its hardest to stay on, as if something, or someone had hijacked control of it from Teena. Teena knew that there was only one solution left before smashing it... unplugging it.

As much as Teena hated her father unplugging the TV when she was little, it would actually be the very thing that would save her life, or at least her humanity. Teena didn't want to lose her humanity, she really didn't, as she got up, walking over towards the outlet and tried to unplug it... she pulled the plug from the outlet as she knew that logically, if the remote won't work, then taking away the energy source would be the next best solution.

She then sat back down, thinking that she had saved herself, before she noticed that the damn TV was still on.

Unplugging it wouldn't help either, if you're not really going to be grateful for your television and what we bring to you, how about you join them!

Suddenly, sparks of electricity came out of the TV as it was merging with the little end stand and the end stand became a four legs with clawed feet, and the wire became a dexterous tail as volts of electricity was coming between the prongs as well, and then, a scary face appeared on the screen, it looked more insectoid than mammalian, even reptilian if you asked me. Then the TV crawled over, and when it was close enough, wires came out of the TV and wrapped around Teena's arms, as the TV flashed some lights onto Teena, who screamed bloody murder as well.

Lotus and TJ had heard the scream and noticed that Teena was getting attacked by her TV.
"Holy shit! What is happening to her?!" TJ asked as he looked at Teena, who's arms were being pulled at by the TV itself.

CRACK! POP! SNAP! SHRRRRRRIP!

Teena's arms were ripped off her torso as they were thrown at the floor, as Teena screamed in agony, as she could feel blood gushing from the wounds where her arms used to be.

Teena was then dropped back onto her couch as blood was staining the cushions of the couch as the TV crawled back to its original area and reverted back into a normal TV setup as well, as it plugged itself back in and turned itself off.

"What the fuck was that for?!" Teena asked as she could feel her legs cracking and popping, those loud noises was what had drawn her attention right to them, as she noticed that her joggers were sliding off her thinning legs, as she could feel an itchy sensation within her legs, her legs were growing less hairy, as the hairs were sprinkling off, and a strange black substance was spreading down her legs, essentially coating them like a layer of paint. Bones were getting crushed, muscle was being eaten away, as if the object DNA that the TV had injected into her body was some parasite or whatnot.
