Chapter 36

*Amanda's POV*

When I got to school I went to my locker and homeroom like usual. I got in homeroom, Vanessa was sitting in my seat.

"Excuse me..." I say to her.

She looks at me with a smirk on her face. "I'm not getting up."

"Oh really?" I ask.

"Yup. I'm not getting off no matter what you do to me." She says.

I didn't want to do this but I had no choice. I took my foot and kicked her as hard as I could in the back so she would fall off the seat. Playing soccer for 7 years definitely payed off.

"Ouch!" She yelled.

"Hm. That's weird. Last time I checked you said there was nothing I could do to get you off this seat... But looks like there is." I said.

Vanessa stood up and walked away to her seat.

All day in class I was thinking about Ethan. I was stupid to keep pushing him away when I knew I still really liked him.

*fast forward to lunch*

At lunch I sat down with my best friends.

"Hey guys guess what?" I greeted them.

"What?" Kim asks.

"Ethan and I are back together." I said smiling.

Nicole choked on her food. "You and Ethan are what?!" She screamed.

"You heard me!" I said.

"Oh Amanda... What are you thinking?" Kim asked.

"You guys are making me feel real bad right now.."

"But Amanda you are dating Ethan again!" Nicole said.

"So? Ethan was the best thing that ever happened to me." I said.

"He broke your heart and now your crawling back to him?" Nicole said.

"You guys are my best friends you should be supporting me." I say starting to get very sad.

"We just don't want to see you get hurt... Again." Kim said.

And the rest of the period was silence.

*Vanessa's POV*

I need to figure out a way to get Ethan and Amanda separated so I could have Ethan all to myself...

Then I got an idea.

In lunch I went up to Grayson and pulled him over to an empty table.

"Hey Grayson." I said.

"Vanessa... What do you want?"

"So you like Amanda, right?" I ask.

"Yeah.. Why?" He answers.

"And I really like Ethan..." I say.

"I'm listening..."

"Well what if I had a plan that could give us both what we want." I say with a smirk.

Grayson looks at Amanda at the other side of the lunch room and says, "I'm in, What's the plan?"
