Battlelines on the earth
Raging on until the end
Wars in flesh and in mind
And a collision; a rebirth
This groaning land of sin
Is so cruel yet You are kind
Heaven and hell collide
We are the poor on the lines
We forgot who the foe is
We are the prisoner outside
Cells; so now we will shine
In a world that has gone amiss
