Kaleidoscopic in all its glory
You're right about one thing dear
I am like Jekyll and Hyde
Hiding my true colours with a mask
A mask of bubblegum Christianity
I turn towards the devil and his army
And his blitzkrieg scorches skin
My plastic mask is melting fast
And my cold coal-like heart burns away
Ashes and embers is all I am
Dying here slowly, I lose my light
And I'm down for the count of
Five, four, three, two, one...
Wiped out by kaleidoscopic blitzkrieg
Hypnotized by the idols of addictions
That I never thought I'd give into
What have I become?
It's impossible to see who I am!
I feel like an animal one moment
Then a saint the next I turn
Then wiped out by the kaleidoscopic blitzkrieg again
Screaming tears of hopelessness
I feel possessed and maddened
Losing all concept of common sense
Now I ask you, who am I?
Who is God and where is He?
And why do I feel like I've made no progress?
