Who, what, when, why, and how?
Who was I created and meant to be?
What is the purpose for me now?
When will this suffering cease?
How will I get through this alive?
I am chasing after wishes to be whole
Scared that maybe this promise was a lie
That I unfortunately bought when it was sold

I did not come this far
Only to come this far to quit
I trust in Your promises, Lord
I know on Your throne, You sit
Your Kingdom come and will be done
If I am chasing after wishes, I will
Chase after the call of the Risen Son
I'll chase that wish all the way Zion's Hill

I was wasted away
When You came to breathe into me
You pulled me out from my cold grave
That's why I won't bend a knee
To the ways of the evil one
Your Will is my joy to follow
And Your Kingdom's advance is my mission
I'll chase after You who bore my sorrow
