It's been a week, a week since I took a man's life, a week since I gave myself to Kai. I have to admit things have been so much better.

"Your sure you don't want me to go with you?" Mom asks.

"I'm sure." I nod.

"You know I'm really proud of you baby." She kisses my head.

"I know mom, you tell me every day."

"Sorry to interrupt, but we are ready for surgery.." The doctor comes in.

I was having the tumor surgically removed. It wasn't cancerous, but they still wanted to remove just in case. "I'm ready." I nod.

"We will be here when you come out." Dad kisses my head as the wheel my hospital by.

They even let Tyler skip school to be here. He gives me a smile. They get me to the operating room and put a mask on me.

"Okay Olivia I need you to count backwards from twenty." The nurse says. I begin counting and I only make it to fifteen before I pass out.

~~~
"Rock paper scissors." I hear but it sounds foggy.
"Ugh how do you keep winning?" Tyler whines.
"I don't know maybe if you stopped choosing rock." Rylie says.
"But I am a rock so I have to choose it." Ty says.
"Sure you are Ty." Rylie says and I could just hear the eye roll.
"You guys are seriously annoying." The annoyed voice belonged to Kai. Of course he was annoyed he always was.
"Don't be jealous that you have no one to play with." God Tyler was such a child.
"I play with your sister just fine." He grumbles. If I wasn't doped up on medicine I'd hit him.
"Dude, gross that's my sister." Tyler whines.
"You asked for it." Kai says.
"Okay I'm done." Tyler says. "I need fucking real food."
"Oh me too."
"Then go get some food. I swear do I need to do everything for you two?" Kai says.
"No you have to stay. We will go get food and make sure to bring nothing for you." Tyler says laughing as they leave.
"What have I gotten myself into?" I hear him mutter.
"A whole lot of crazy shit." I mumble.
"No shit Sherlock." I open my eyes to see him move so he is stand up. "How do you feel?" He asks.
"Like I was cut open and had a tumor removed."
"Oh wow really?" He says sarcastically.
"By the way, once I'm better I'm going to beat you up for saying that to my brother." I try to lift my arm but it weighs a thousand pounds.
"Hey, he had it coming." He grabs my hand. "You should rest more." He says noticing my eyes were having a hard time staying open.
"Don't tell me what to do." I manage tog at out before I fall back asleep.
~~~

"Did it scar?" Rylie asks.

"No." I lift my shirt up to show her there was no scar.

"Damn would have been sexy if it did." She chuckles.

I scoff at her as we sit down at the lunch table. "Okay I haven't asked, but I have to. How big is it?" I choke on my drink.

"What?" I ask once I catch my breath .

"You know what I'm talking about." She wiggles her brows at me.

"Why would you think I'd tell you that?"

"Because we are best friends."

"All I will say is, it's slightly above average." I say.

"How slightly? Like 1 or 2 above?"

"I don't think Kai would approve of this conversation." I raise my brow at her.

"What conversation is that?" He sits beside me.

"I'll let you tell him Rylie." I laugh when her eyes widen.

"Oh uh we were just talking about uh..." I can't help but laugh as she struggles.

"She wants to know how big your dick is." I speak for her. She smacks my arm. "Well You weren't gonna say it." I glare at her.

"Hey Olivia." It was some boy in my class, but I couldn't think of his name.

"Hey there..."

"Eli." He chuckles.

"Right Eli. What's up?" I say feeling Kai's arm around me tighten. Since he was on the other side of the table he didn't see it.

"So I was wondering if uh you're free this weekend to go out on a date." He asks.

"Oh my god you have a death wish." Rylie bursts out laughing.

"Huh?" Eli asks confused.

Kai puts his hand over my mouth, stopping me from answering.

"I think it's obvious that she isn't available. Next time you ask her out or want to just imagine me hitting you in the face." He says glaring at Eli.

His eyes widen in fear. "I-I didn't know I swear!" He scurries away with his tail between his leg.

I pull his hand off my mouth. "That was rude." I glare at him.

"Shouldn't tried to ask my girl out." He mutters eating.

"I'm not exactly your girl." It was true he hadn't asked me out.

He frowns. "I'm sure I made it obvious when I told you that I loved you." He says.

"Woah, slow down you told her you love her? When did that happen?" Rylie asks.

We both ignore her.

"Well you didn't ask me to be your girlfriend so." I shrug.

"But saying I love you is like a way of asking you without asking you." He says.

"But you didn't ask me." I huff.

"Women are so complicated." He groans.

"And boys are stupid." I retaliate.
