The Vytal Festival. An international sensation held every two years in one of the Kingdoms of Remnant, in celebration of the end of The Great War.

During the festival, the various cultures of the world are celebrated with dances, parades and a combat tournament. Minstrel held the Festival two years ago and the 40th year lies with Beacon Academy.

"AND That's the match. Team RWBY Wins."

Ozpin reclined in his chair. "Any thoughts?" The screen showcasing the live PvP disappeared.

"Their team is formidable. Yet, they still have much to learn. They are stronger together, most teams know by now that splitting them up is the best sort of action." I pause, taking a sip of tea that Ozpin graciously offered me. I didn't have the heart to tell him I don't like tea at all, forcing myself to drink it for manners sake.

"I see. Any other matches peak your interest?"

"Yes, one team from Haven," I held to cup in my lap. "There tactics in fighting are borderline questionable for students coming from Haven." Having the opportunity to actually see their full fight. How could any of these people not suspect them! Seriously! Their fighting was all dirty tricks and suspicious from the start. And Cinder gives off an evil aura just by standing still.

"I was surprised that Lionheart would allow students to learn about those tactics." Ozpin didn't respond to my comment. But I could tell the gears in his mind were working. I have no room to be judgmental. I also took training for dirty tricks to gain the upper hand on fighting humans.

I also have to be careful as well. There are plenty of people who would be very interested in my semblance. I never told Henry about my ability to read minds. I was worried what he would do or about others intentions, even more so when it evolved into something bigger.

(Fairgrounds)

The Fairgrounds are quite the convenience for food and trinkets. Too late for me, I've been blowing my money on cotton candy and noodles. Speaking of noodles, I was on my way there now for a lunch break. Recently I've been able to spend time with a couple of the students before their matches.

"Yeah! We're gonna kick some butt." Knowing that voice I turned and greeted my favorite team.

"Better keep it in the ring and not out in public or else you'll have to face me instead." I tease Yang.

Ruby gasps and jumps up and down on her toes. "Miss Woodsvale! Did you see our fight? Did ya, did ya!"

I rested my hand on the hilt of my sword and leaned on one leg. "Sure did. You all did great." I glanced at the rest of the team. Then I switched my look to the girl with teal hair. "Who's your friend?"

"Oh! This is Emerald. She is from Haven Academy." Emerald and I have a little stare down. I can clearly see that she's analyzing me, wondering if I'm a threat.

My lips twitch up, attempting for a smile. "Nice to meet you."

Emerald pulled the fakest smile and nodded. "Likewise." She put one arm behind her back and held onto the other.

Finding our little introduction over, I switch back to the group of girls. "I hear you guys are on your way to a meal, mind if I join?"

Blake shrugged. "Sure."

"Absolutely!" Ruby bubbled.

Weiss cocked her head to the side acting like she had a choice. "I wouldn't mind having a second opinion on how I performed."

"Well," Emerald interrupted. "I'll let you guys get going and if Mercury and I see you down the line. Don't think we'll go easy on ya." She subtly threatens the group.
