"Thank you, Lieutenant."

"Papi, Sal has a boyfriend!" Ramon shouts as he waves the eldest's phone around, sprinting to his father as the hair on Salvador's shoulders stand.

"Give me back my phone you little brat!" Salvador growls, tail swinging dangerously before tucking between his legs, once he sees his dad reading the messages between him and Raine.

"Did... Sal. Why are you sexting your best friend?" Lance questions as the boy blushes brightly, embarrassed from his slightly risky photo.

"It's not sexting... Raine said I had abs, and I wanted to prove him wrong. He asked for a pic and began teasing me when I said no. So I sent a picture and got revenge." Salvador explains as he puts his hand out for his phone.

"Fine, but I want Raine's family over for dinner tomorrow night and you're going to ask for courtship."

"Ok-!"

"Elena! Who's that damn boy in your closet!?" A voice shouts, alarming everyone in the house at the moment which were just Salvador, Lance and Ramon as the triplets were at a sleepover. Racing upstairs, Salvador covers his mouth in laughter as a shirtless green cheeked Altean with purple hair appears in his sister's closet; jeans slightly lowered.

"Uh... this is Yani... Yani, this is my family..." She introduces as the Altean nods slowly, waving weakly as Salvador cackles. "Shut up Sal!"

"Wow, did you know about this Sal?" Keith glares at his son as Salvador raises both hands in surrender.

"Kinda, they've been messaging for a while. Did I know they were getting crazy in the house? Not at all." Salvador clarifies before whistling. "Well... I have to message Raine to get ready for my hangout with Ashlyn. Bye guys."

Arriving at a small restaurant a few blocks away from the Garrison, Salvador waves as he spots Ashlyn checking her phone. "Sorry if I kept you waiting. Something happened at home."

"No problem at all! I've invited someone, if you don't mind. It slipped my mind that I plans with them before all this." She sighs, shaking her head as she runs a hand through her bangs; hair neatly in a bun.

"No worries, I actually invited someone too... I was hoping you could meet them." Salvador chuckles, opening the door for his older sister as she smiles gently; entering.

Heading towards a booth near the back, Salvador spots Raine who waves them over. "Sally! Oh, so she was your sister... I was confused as to why she looks so much like your mom."

"Yeah, this is Ashlyn Marie. Ashlyn, Raine Kinkade; my best friend." Salvador smiles as Raine extends a hand out for a shake.

"I actually prefer Marie, but nice to meet you. You seem nice, are you an omega?" She tilts her head as Raine nods, smiling brightly at her. "Interesting, I am too. I hope we can get to know each other."

"Same here! Sally told me a little about you." Raine grins, taking back his hand as he gestures to the booth. "I hope you don't mind me picking a booth. If you want, we can move to another spot."

"No, no. It's fine." Ashlyn smiles, taking a seat on the other side of the booth. A voice clears their throat as she looks up with a smile. "Cadence! Any good news?"

"Unfortunately, no. We've tried everything, but it's still not working." The green haired cat pouts, causing Ashlyn to sigh. "I'm sorry..."

"It's fine. It probably wasn't meant to be." Ashlyn smiles sadly before gesturing to the teens across from her. "This is Raine and my brother Salvador. Guys, this is my best friend Cadence Evergreen."

"Uh what were you two talking about, if I might ask?" Salvador questions as Cadence glances over to Ashlyn who nods once.

"She's been trying to have a baby for months with her mate, but she's nearly infertile. Her egg count is less than 10, 15 during her heats. So we've been trying surrogates and none of them got pregnant." Cadence explains as Salvador's eyes widen.

"Ma used to believe he had the same problem... I remember he told me the story of how I was conceived, said that the doctors said he had a really low chance since his body was always stressed. After Elena and I were born, he had problems with getting pregnant and had to implant his eggs back into him." Salvador explains as Ashlyn smiles gently. "Have you tried implanting them back into you? If not, adoption might be your best bet..."

"No... but it doesn't hurt to try." Ashlyn mumbles, glancing at Cadence who shrugs. "Alright, I'll ask Raoul. But we shouldn't let this stop our hang out! What's going on between you two?"

"Uh well, he's my best friend and I..." Salvador shyly smiles at the omega who tilts his head at the brunette alpha. "I like him. A lot."

"Are you two dating?" Ashlyn leans forward, invested as they both blush while looking away from each other.

"Uh not yet. He didn't ask to-!" Raine begins as Salvador grabs the omega's hand, turning to face him. "Sally?"

"I'm planning something, you're ruining it Marie..." Salvador whines, puffing his cheeks out as the omega giggles; causing for the red to grow deeper on the alpha's cheeks.

"Fine, fine. Tell me about the family after we order. I'm starving." Ashlyn sits back, taking a sip of her water as Cadence calls over the waiter to order.
