Chapter 5 (Day 6)

Yumi's POV

Bryle and Niki aren't home so it's just Lux and me in the house.

"Are you ready to go?"

I turned to look at Lux that's leaning on the door in my room.

"Yes!"

"Let's go then."

I nodded and we went out.

(Time skip)

"Where do you want to go first?" He asked while his eyes are focused on the road.

"Eastern park!" I answered excitedly.

He was in dazed for a moment but smiled later on.

"It's been so long since i last went there."

"When mom and dad are still alive..." I said sadly.

Eastern park is our family's favorite park. When mom and dad are still alive, we always go there every sunday.

"I'm sure they are happy wherever they are right now." He said and smiled softly.

I let out a gentle smile and look outside of the window and stared at the clear sky.

'Mom, dad... Can you see this right now? Lux and i are okay now...'

(Eastern Park)

A small band is playing on stage and the people are just happily watching while singing along with them, of course including me and Lux.

I was mesmerized how the lead vocalist sang so well. The crowd sing along with them while I'm just humming happily.

Lux POV

I smiled as i stared at her happy face. My heart won't stop on thumping fast while i keep on staring at her innocent face and on her eyes that's glowing in happiness.

"Up your poison
I made my choice and
Every night I'm livin' like there's no tomorrow
Oh Ohh Ohhh Ohhhh~~🎶"

I shook my head and focuse on the band that's playing on stage.

'This is wrong'

The crowd cheered when the band finished playing.

"Alright folks, if anyone wants to request a song or sing in front you may now come on stage." Said the leader of the band.

I glance at Yumi and smile on the thought that's came on my mind.

Yumi's POV

That was an amazing performance!'

I turn to Lux when he suddenly went on stage.

'What is he doing?'

He whispered something to the leader of the band and Lux went to the piano. He stared at me with a smile.

"I dedicate this one to the most precious girl of my life."

The crowd cheered and i felt my cheeks burning.
