Chapter 69: Let's Go Get That Son of A Bitch

(Upstate New York)

The surviving Avengers are now back at the Avengers Compound.

They've been back there for a little over two weeks.

Captain Marvel is out in space looking for Tony and his team.

Everyone within the Compound feels a rumbling and immediately rushes outside.

They see Davners bringing a ship down and land it in the field.

After that they see Y/N and Tony step out with Nebula.

Steve rushes over to help Y/N with Stark.

Y/N: We couldn't stop him, Cap.

Steve: Neither could I.

Stark stops and looks at Steve.

Tony: I lost, Steve. I lost.

Steve: We lost, Tony.

Tony: Pepper, is she...?

Just then Pepper rushes over and hugs Tony.

Y/N's P.O.V

I slowly walk over to Gwen and Harry.

Gwen: Y/N, thank god.

She rushes over and we hug.

Gwen: I thought I lost you, baby.

Y/N: I know the feeling.

We then kiss briefly, before pulling away.

She and I go over to Harry.

Harry: Hey, bro.

Y/N: Hey, Harry.

He and I hug.

My girlfriend and best friend are alive, I'm so glad they are.

I look to Gwen.

Y/N: My parents, Ollie? Did they...?

Gwen: No, they're okay. I checked on them as soon as we got back from Wakanda.

I sigh.

Y/N: Okay, good.

Harry: Come on, let's get you inside.

I go in with them.

(Twenty minutes later)

We've got Tony hooked up to an IV and we're being debriefed by the other's.

Rhodey: It's been seventeen days since Thanos came to earth.

Natasha: The world's government's are in pieces right now. It looks like Thanos did exactly what he said he'd do, Thanos wiped out 50% of all living creatures.

As Natasha said this images appeared on the hologram of all the people that we has lost to the snap.

Tony: So, where is he now? Where?

Steve: We don't know. He just opened a portal and walked through.

Tony nods.

He and I look over to Thor.

And he looks pissed.

Tony: What's up with him?

Rocket: He's pissed. He thinks he failed. Then again I guess he did, but there's a lot of that goin' around ain't there?

I look at Rocket.

Y/N: I'm sorry but until this exact moment I thought you were Build-A-Bear.

Rocket: Maybe I am.
