Chapter 8: The Spider-Men Team-Up

(Five days later)

Y/N's P.O.V

So, it's been five days since I learnt about Peter's powers.

It turns out that he used some of my blood and extracted the spider DNA from it to give himself powers.

Honestly, I never would've thought something like that would work, but here we are.

Anyway, Peter and I have been fighting crime together.

He and I swing through the city.

Peter: Y/N, I got something through the scanner app.

Y/N: Okay, what is it?

Peter: It's a break-in a block from here.

Y/N: Alright. Let's do it.

We swing to the next block and see a group of criminals breaking in to a bank from the alleyway.

Peter and I land on the ledge of the building across from the bank.

He looks at me.

Peter: Go time?

I nod.

Y/N: Go time.

We web swing in and land down.

Y/N: Hey, guys.

They all look at us.

Peter: You know this is the back door, right?

Criminal: Spider-Man?!

Criminal #2: There's two of 'em now?

Peter: Yep. And we're gonna kick your asses.

Criminal: I don't think so. Get 'em!

They come at us and we start taking them down.

One tries to shoot at me, but I use my webs to take his gun away.

After that Pete and I use our webs together to down a criminal.

I quickly turn and hit the last two with webbing that sticks them to the wall.

Peter: Well, that's the end of that. But I thought I was gonna get that last hit in.

Y/N: Ah, sorry, bro.

Peter: I still can't believe we get to do this.

Y/N: Are you kidding me? It's awesome.

We high five.

Peter: So cool. Should we... ah!

He holds his rips.

Y/N: Whoa, you okay.

He sighs.

Peter: Uh, yeah. I'm good. It's just that I've had these pains in my body. I don't know why.

Y/N: How long has it been going on for?

Peter: Almost two days now. Sometimes I barely feel it, but other times it hurts alot. What do you think it is? 

Y/N: Maybe it's just a side effect of getting spider powers. Maybe your body is just reacting differently to it then mine did.

He nods.

Peter: Yeah, maybe. Well, I better get home. I'll see you later.

Y/N: Okay, man. See ya.

He and I fist bump.

Pete then web zip into the air and web swings away.

I sigh.

Y/N: I guess I'll keep patrolling a bit before going home.
