So, I got the idea for this story after watching a what if scenario along with watching the Spider-Verse movies back-to-back.
Let me ask you something. Have you ever wondered what would happen if someone else got bitten by the spider...
I start to come to and as my vision clears I see I'm in a dark room.
I see uncle Shane working at a workbench.
I'm tied up and hanging from a punching bag.
Just like I did to Peter back when I met him.
Y/N: Uncle Shane?
He pushes a button and the punching bag goes up higher.
Y/N: Uncle Shane, wait. You don't understand. I'm not from here.
He comes over to me and spins me around.
Y/N: This machine sent me here by mistake. I was trying to get back to my home. Uncle Shane! Just stop.
He starts playing music.
I sigh.
Y/N: Please. Just hear me out, man. I was bit by a spider that gave me powers. It wasn't supposed to bite me though. It was supposed to bite my best friend, Peter Parker. He's dead now though. Look, I don't belong here. I need to get back home.
He just stands facing away from me.
Y/N: I had an uncle Shane too. He was a bad guy, he called himself the Prowler. He... he looked out for me, he was my family. He did alot of bad things, but I knew he wanted to be good. He just didn't know he had a choice, but you do.
Shane: Is that right?
Y/N: Please, just trust me. I know you don't wanna be the Prowler.
Just then he hits the punching bag with a gauntlet on.
He then grabs it and looks at me.
Shane: I'm not the Prowler.
He points up.
Shane: He is.
Just then I look up and see a figure on the beam looking down at me.
He drops down and Shane throws him the gauntlet.
The figure puts the gauntlet on qs he comes out of the shadows.
I can now see him clearly.

He comes over and puts the gauntlet on.
???: Your dad is still alive?
Y/N: What?
???: Your father. You said he's still alive.
Y/N: Yeah.
???: Huh.
Y/N: Who the hell are you?
He retracts his helmet and I see my face.
My Earth-1624 doppelganger is the Prowler.
Y/N E-1624: My name is Y/N L/N, but you can call me the Prowler.
I look into his eyes and its like looking in a mirror, the only difference being our hair length.
Y/N: Look, if I don't get home, our dad he's gonna die.
Y/N E-1624: Your dad.
Y/N: Please, you have to let me go.
Y/N E-1624: Why would I do that?
He activates his gauntlet.
Y/N: Because I need to get out of here. My family is in danger.
Prowler puts his fist next to my face.
Y/N E-1624: You're not going anywhere.
I manage to tap the chains with my fingers and create a spark.
My powers aren't being dampened. Looks like I can get out of this.

Third person perspective
Back on Peter's Earth, he and Gwen have gotten a team together to find Y/N.
Their team consists of Spider-Punk, Spider-Man India, Spider-Man Noir, Peni Parker, Spider-Ham and Spider-Byte along with Lucky the pup.
The team gathers on the rooftop of Peter's house.
Gwen: Thank you all for coming.
Pav: No problem, but why are we here?
Peter: We're here cause Y/N is out there somewhere and we need to find him before Miguel does.
Gwen: Exactly. Now, this mission is gonna be dangerous. No-one is being forced to stay. You can leave if you want, but you have to decide now. You in or out?
Hobie: I'm in.
Pav: I'm in too. Y/N helped save people on my Earth. I owe him.
Peni: I'm with you, Gwen.
Margo: Me too.
Noir: I'm in. Let's get the kid back.
Porker: Yeah, let's go.
Peter: Alright.
Pete looks to Margo.
Peter: Margo, you were trying to shut down the Go Home Machine when Y/N used it. Do you know where he could be?
Margo: Well, everything went by so fast, so I could see what Dimension he was being sent to. But I think I know where to start. Earth-1624.
Hobie: Why there?
Margo: That's was the Earth that the Go Home Machine's systems stopped on when he disappeared.
Peter: But you're not sure?
Margo: No, I'm not. But if he isn't there, then he'll probably be on an Earth within that varsity.
Gwen: Well, that's good enough for me. Let's go get Y/N back.
Stacy uses her watch to open a portal to Earth-1624.
Peter: Alright, let's go.
One by one the team web zip through the portal.
Gwen puts her mask on.
Gwen: Hold on, Y/N. We're coming.
She web zips through the portal just before it closes.
