Noctura:

As I stood before the throne, my heart pounding with a mixture of fear and anticipation, the man seated upon it spoke, his voice smooth like silk yet tinged with an underlying edge of something animalistic. I've seen him before, he looked familiar.

"Ah, so you are the descendant of the Lunar clan," he remarked, his blue eyes gleaming with intrigue. "A rare find indeed." I swallowed hard, meeting his gaze with a mixture of defiance and uncertainty. "Lunar clan? I don't know what your talking about, What do you want from me?" I demanded, trying hard to sound strong but my voice betrayed me, the tremor of fear that coursed through me was clear in the slight tremble.

The man smiled, a gesture that sent a shiver down my spine. "What we want, is simple," he replied, his tone dripping with honeyed charm. "We seek to harness the power that lies within you, to break the barrier of Astrum." Beside him, Atlas and Lumin exchanged a knowing glance, their expressions inscrutable yet tinged with a hint of anticipation. I could feel their eyes upon me, their silent scrutiny weighing heavily upon my shoulders.

"And if I refuse?" I challenged, my voice trembling with defiance. I didn't begin to understand what the man wanted but it was that or my life, with time I could plan my escape. If I agreed maybe I'd have a chance. The man's smile widened, though there was a flicker of something darker in his ice-blue eyes. "Then we shall simply have to persuade you," he murmured, his cold words carrying a veiled threat that sent a chill down my spine. I swallowed and nodded. I wasn't sure I could give them what they wanted and I'd have to leave before they find out I'm not the one they are looking for. I remember now, the dream, I saw him in my dream! I didn't dare say to say a word.

One of the woman started walking, her black hair flowed behind her in beautiful black waves, it glittered slightly in the throne rooms dim light, her presence exuding a sense of maternal warmth and compassion that eased the tension in the room. With a soft smile, she approached me, her eyes shimmering with an otherworldly glow. "Dear one," she began, her voice gentle yet filled with an underlying strength, "I am Nox, goddess of the night. I am here to guide you through this journey. But first, we must unlock the power that lies dormant within you." I watched her with a mixture of shock and curiosity, unsure of what to expect. But as she reached out a hand towards me, I felt a surge of trust wash over me, a feeling that I was in safe hands. No matter what I couldn't shake the feeling.

"Close your eyes," she instructed, her voice soothing like a gentle breeze. "Relax, and allow the energy to flow through you." With a deep breath, my body betrayed my brain and I closed my eyes, surrendering to the unknown. And then, as her hand touched mine, I felt it—the surge of power, like a wall breaking, or a raging river coursing through my veins, awakening something deep within me.  It was both exhilarating and terrifying, a sensation unlike anything I had ever experienced.

A sudden jolt of agony ripped through me, causing me to scream out in pain. The energy surged uncontrollably, overwhelming my senses as darkness threatened to consume me. As I began to lose consciousness, I caught a glimpse of three towering figures hovering over me, their silhouettes obscured by the haze of pain. Fear gripped me as I slipped into unconsciousness, the echoes of their presence haunting my dreams.
