My Lover

I adore my lover like no other
With every beat of my heart
They came into my life like a ray of light
Guiding me out of the dark

Their love is like a warm embrace
That melts away my fears
In their arms, I find solace
And wipe away my tears

I never knew love until they came
And swept me off my feet
Their love a flame that cannot be tamed
Burning bright and sweet

They are the one I can always count on
My rock, my guiding star
With them, I feel forever strong
No matter how near or far

Their smile is like the sunrise
A sight that takes my breath away
And when they hold me in their arms
All my worries fade away

I adore their quirks and imperfections
They make them who they are
In them, I've found my perfection
My bright and shining star

I never want to live without them
For they are my everything
With them, I can conquer anything
Together, we're soaring on wings

So here's to my lover, my soulmate
My heart beats for thee
I adore you like no other
And forever, you'll be the one for me.
