All of once I was content but now life feels rearranged.
Nothing feels the same anymore but nothing has necessarily changed.
Memories have become faint, my heart has slowly become estranged.
The past a distant dream, my days now filled with disdain.
Sitting here wondering why my life suddenly deranged.
No matter how hard I try, nothing stays the same.
Despite my pleading and praying, nothing is to be regained.
The times of joy and laughter, suddenly filled with sorrow and rage.
Everyday seems so much longer, with nothing to turn the page.
No matter what I do, something isn't quite right.
I hope to recover from this, and start another life.
Life is mysterious and unpredictable,
One moment everything is good and the next is regrettable.
Nothing feels the same anymore but nothing has necessarily changed. I can only hope to look forward to when I feel inspired again.
