(Hello! So this is the translated version of my own story. It's also in swedish, so if you want to read it, check out my profile. Hope you enyoy this story! Love, Ellie <3 )

Hello!

My name is Amanda and I am 14 years old. I live in Korea since nine years. My mother and father and I live in a villa quite centrally in Seoul. My hair is red, quite unusual here in Korea. Where I lived before, in Sweden, it was more common. When I was little I was bullied for it, now people call me more of a princess. My hair reaches about my waist. Because it's so unusual, everyone sees me as some kind of goddess. I don't see myself that way, I really don't, but after all the comments I get when I wear my hair down it's got me wondering: maybe?

My interests are a bit mixed: dancing and gymnastics, drawing, riding and tinkering. I dance twice a week and ride once. I go to a private school that aims high. I hope for high grades, so that I can get into any education I want. I'm in my first year of high school, I know there are three years left, but you have to be prepared. We have a lot of homework, so my free time is pretty packed.

My day starts at 6:00 a.m. when I wake up. Pretty quickly I get out of bed and get ready, eat breakfast and do my hair. My hair has to be in a braid all day or it gets in my way. My bus leaves at 07:35 so I'll take it. Then I'm at school around 08:05. I grab my stuff and sit down waiting for class to start. If I have any, I usually make sure to get some homework done during this time. Otherwise, I talk to my friends, there are always things about school to grumble about.

After school I walk towards the bus stop but am met by the gang again. Same show every day. A group of boys, seven I think, meet me outside the school every day. They are so controlling and always have to know where I am going. Why do they even care? I hardly know them other than that they go to the boys' school opposite our school. One of the guys insists on asking me on a date too. He's not even handsome. Then there's another guy, who I resent, who insists on picking on me all the time. He says things like, your shoelaces are tied, your skirt is dirty, your skirt is creased, all the time! I can not stand it! Terrible is what he is!

Right now I can't stand the boys, I'm tired after school and have to get home and study before the dance starts. But of course I can't escape. They come forward and the tallest one starts talking:

-Hello how are you?-What are you doing today?-Where are you going? Not home huh?-Can we go out tonight?

The voices just echo. I can't take it right now! I have a headache, tired after school and period pain.

-Go away you son of a bitch! I shout at the guys.

Then I walk as fast as I can towards the bus station. What idiots! Can't understand when you want to be alone! I feel my whole body bubbling with anger but feel like I can't let it out. Not now, not here. That will have to wait until I get home and can scream into my pillow.
