Y/n wakes up a few days later as he finds out that Tsunade has taken the role of the fifth Hokage

Y/n: I thought you didn't want to take up the position? What made you change your mind?

Naruto: Apparently you were the one who made her change her mind Y/n!

Shizune smiles and nods as Tsunade looks away in embarrassment

Tsunade: N-no I didn't! You know what fight me outside right now!

Y/n: Um...okay

Y/n gets out of his seat of the same restaurant that they were in when they first met Tsunade as they go to the same exact street

Tsunade: Ready! I won't go easy on you this time!

Y/n: Okay then!

Tsunade rushes in at Y/n to which Y/n is able to respond to by blocking but the brute force that Tsunade put in was way more powerful then Y/n causing him to flaunt his arms

Y/n: Damn!

Y/n's arms are in the air as Tsunade sees an opportunity to attack but instead of attacking she...

This causes Y/n to go a bit red as Jiraiya is absolutely jealous as hell

Tsunade: I'm sure you will become a great shinobi

Tsunade looks at the one eyed Y/n as her face goes a red

Tsunade: And become a fine man...and possibly even the Hokage...no...even further then that

Y/n smiles

Y/n: Yeah old lady-

Tsunade punches Y/n in the head

Tsunade: I'm not old!!

Sakura smiles and laughs as everyone else starts to laugh also. Eventually they get all of their stuff and make their way back to the village hidden in the leaves so that Tsunade can officially become the fifth Hokage

We cut to Sakura sitting down in a hospital room as she is watching over Sasuke who is just unconscious on one of the beds

Sakura: Sasuke....

Tsunade, Y/n and Naruto eventually enter the room as Tsunade goes over to Sasuke to heal him to which she does successfully as Sasuke starts to open his eyes

Sakura: Sasuke-kun!!

Sakura goes up to Sasuke and gives him a big fat hug
