Y/n was walking back from his win against Neji as he was going up the stairs to make it to the stands

Kurama: You could have used my chakra you know

Y/n: But you said that I should rely on my own chakra and my own strength

Kurama smirks

Kurama: It seems the boy is learning..

Y/n sees Neji on a stretcher as he walks towards him

Y/n: Neji.

Neji looks up at Y/n

Neji: What are you here for? Are you just here to gloat.

Y/n smiles

Y/n: Kind of..but...

Y/n sticks out his hand at Neji

Y/n: I was hoping we could become friends after this. Maybe we can put our differences aside

Neji looks up at Y/n not before smiling

Neji: Sure Y/n...we can become friends

Neji sticks his hand out also as they shake hands

Y/n: Get well soon Neji! And maybe once you are all healed we can have a rematch

Neji: And this time I'll be the one who will win!

Y/n smiles as Neji smiles as Y/n walks away and waves goodbye to Neji as he makes his way to the stands where Ino, Sakura, Naruto, Shikamaru and Rock Lee are

Y/n: Hey guys! What did you think of my performance

Sakura: Y/n!!

Sakura immediately jumps out of her seat as she hugs Y/n

Sakura: I'm so glad that you won!!

Y/n: You are hugging me a bit too tightly Sakura-san....

Sakura: Oh..

She releases off of him as Naruto smiles and fist bumps Y/n

Naruto: I knew that you could beat him!

Y/n smiles

Y/n: I have to thank Jiraiya-sensei

Rock Lee: It seems you have gotten way stronger Y/n...

Y/n: Lee! I heard about what happened....you holding up okay?

Rock Lee nods

Rock Lee: I am even more determined! I will come back and fight again!

Y/n smiles

Y/n: That's right! So...who's going to be the next fight?

Naruto: It was supposed to be Sasuke up against Gaara but Sasuke isn't here right now..so they have prosponed the fight

Y/n: Ah okay..so who is next up

Genma: The next fight...Is Kankuro against Naruto Uzumaki

Naruto was shocked

Naruto: I'm next!!

Y/n: Go get him Naruto!

Naruto was absolutely buzzing as he made his way down to the ground arena as he squared up against Kankuro

Sakura: Do you think Naruto can win this..?

Y/n: Yeah, I think that he can

Shikamaru: We are just going to have to see....

Genma: Okay....are the two of you ready?

Kankuro: Yeah.

Naruto: Yeah!!
