Chapter 103: Back in the old days III [Road to the Incident Arc]

Garrick: So far, 2 berserk people were stopped and contained for further research and questioning if they remember who did it, yet the laboratory we were send to was emptied out, no research equipment left on spot. 

Vlad: Which means?

Garrick: Which means that the berserk person that came out of there was left with supplies that would keep him alive, say about 1 year worth of supplies, once the place was discovered and then suddenly the person was let go and attacked me at the first place, then an hour later a second berserk person attacking a certain place in the city which seems odd.

Vladimir eats his pizza while listening to what else he has to say.

Garrick: Thinking about it, there was one laboratory found on Danube 36 under an apartment, but that case is taken by Sakura and two of your classmates.

Vlad: Who could be with Sakura?

Vladislav takes a bite off his pizza and begins to eat.

Garrick: All I know is one of them is Maria and there is a boy, but I didn't get much of information out of the school about it, which makes it harder to work with them or anyone else.

Garrick sighs.

Garrick: Either ways, apparently a devil host is behind that thing, yet no identity confirmed yet. We'll keep searching, but until we get a report or anything to allow us to research more, we might as well relax.

Garrick begins to eat his pizza and all 3 seem to be enjoying their meal.

Back to Sakura with Maria & Lubo, they took the plans and stuff and send em over to the government as this area was clear, all 3 of them were out of the apartment.

Maria: Gosh... I know this is so scary and all, but I'm sure we can find that person.

Lubo: Yeah, sure. Anyway, where is the next place?

Sakura: Under an old house near the city square, but first since it is lunch, we should go eat.

Lubo: Oh yeah, I'm starving, right...

All 3 of them took a sigh and walked away going to a resturant nearby on the street next to it and all went inside and took a table, in the same resturant, the person who has been watching Lubo for quite sometime was there hiding in the crowd, as if he was expecting them, yet he sat 2 tables away.

??? (Thinking to themself): So, they found another one? Interesting...

They seem to be ordering food as the person was watching from 2 tables away.

??? (Thinking to themself): I've also heard a Vans is in town, that might proof to be troublesome for the plans...

35 minutes have passed and all those who took lunch break are now back at work, the test or supposed training is ending around 3:00 pm.

Now Maria, Lubo and Sakura found themselves into another abandoned laboratory under a kindergarden right next to their school, they obviously were already inside and as they walked through the long and abandoned hallway, it soon slowly became more like a hallway with broken bars of the cells the people were locked up and a lot of leftovers to say the least...

Maria: D-Disgusting...

Sakura: I know right, truly a horrible act.
