I honestly cannot believe after all these years i am moving back home.

For the past 9 years i had been living in Charlotte because my mom was stupid enough to rearrange her whole life for a man. I hate to even call her stupid because everyone live and learn but like it was literally so stupid and inconsiderate giving that i had to rearrange my life too.

I honestly knew it wasn't going to be a good idea for us to move 7 hours from home where all our family was ! All we ever knew was home and she didn't care not one time to even ask how it would've affected me moving, although i was only 10 at the time.

When we moved everything was OK at first but not too long after ....everything went downhill.

Me and my mom had the best bond ever when it was just us ! I don't know what her husband put into her head but over the years she changed and we grew to dislike each other.

I couldn't wait until i graduated to be able to get away, now that the time is here ..

"We are now boarding FLIGHT 86, i repeat we are now boarding FLIGHT 86" I heard over the intercom

Welp that's me, im finally outta this bitchh- I thought to myself

Lord knows im so happy cuz whee baby i been waiting on this day since i was 10 years old

"Granny im literally like 4 minutes away chill lady im about to be pulling up" my granny is now on my phone getting mad because she claim im taking too long

"ite now baby hurry up because yk granny have to get up in the morning for bible study" She voiced through the phone

"Yes i know granny im sorry, i just pulled — before i could even finish my sentence she hung up the phone

Lord this lady-i thought to myself

Reaching to unbuckle my seat belt i saw my granny running to the car, well at least trying to

"Give yo granny some love baby i missed you so much" She mumbled through the kisses she was giving me on my cheeks

"I missed you so much more granny , you know i never wanted to leave my favorite person in the world" I stressed while hugging her tightly

We walked into the house and i went to my childhood room i have here. I only planned on living with my granny until i got settled her and got my money on track.

Back in Charlotte i was a lash tech , i was somewhat known and stayed booked and busy. I hated having to leave them but i needed to do what's best for me.

I opened the door to my room as it unlocked so many old memories i thought I'll never remember.

Looking around i see that everything was exactly the same from the decorations to my childhood toys to the sheets on my bed.
