Zayd's phone brought them out of their world... He immediately picked up the call as it was Arhaan calling him
"H-ell-o" Zayd's heart froze when he heard his baby's broken voice laced with pain
"Aru" Zayd whispered in shock "Baba" Arhaan's crying voice came from the other side
"baba boht dard ho raha ha please come quickly mein mar jaun ga" Arhaan cried in pain
It took everything in Zayd to stop himself from fainting...
"Relax Aru beta kidr ho ap please tell Baba," Zayd said in a shaky voice, his heart beating furiously
"Lou-lounge" Arhaan whispered while whimpering
The phone slipped out of Zayd's hand as he sprinted out the door...
The rest noticed Zayd's face and knew something was wrong, followed him as he ran downstairs
"Arhaan!" Zayd yelled running to him who was lying on the floor, next to the table, curled up, sobbing in pain
"Baba" Arhaan cried in pain as Zayd pulled him on his lap...
"Azlan!" Zayd hugged Arhaan and exclaimed helplessly calling for Azlan who was following him
Ayan and Zain stood back as Azlan sprinted to Arhaan and started checking him
"Aru kya ho raha ha please tell me?" Azlan asked softly as he started checking Arhaan's pulse while Arhaan kept crying hiding his face in Zayd's chest
"Dard dard" he mumbled between his sobs, Zayd looked at Azlan with teary eyes who stood looking extremely calm
Ayan on the other hand hugged Zain tightly as he was shivering scared for his youngest brother
"Kidr dard ho raha ha tell me beta and be clear Bhaiya is here for you hmm?" Azlan said softly and gave Zayd's hand a tight squeeze assuring him
"lower right-hand side" Arhaan was now sniffing as he calmed down being in his father's embrace, who himself was on the verge of a heart attack
"ok I'll press a few places and I need you to rate the pain out of 10" Azlan said and gently pressed on the area making Arhaan scream
"Bhaiya stop" Arhaan shouted trying to move Azlan's hand away "Bachay rate the pain I'm sorry it will be over soon" Zayd comforted
"6" Arhaan whispered again sobbing, Azlan then pressed another spot and this time Arhaan screamed bloody murder, he cried so hard that he couldn't breathe
"relax relax" Azlan rubbed Arhaan's back as he continued to cry without any sound and wasn't even breathing
"Bs bs bs shh baba ki jaan bs" Zayd kissed his forehead, Azlan gave Arhaan a few hard pats on his chest making him take a deep breath
"Can you rate the pain for me Aru" Azlan asked the sobbing boy softly "9" he replied in a painful voice
Azlan did not press any more as Arhaan's lips were already turning slightly blue due to the lack of oxygen cause of crying so hard
And secondly, he understood what the problem was...
"Ayan gari nikalo we don't have time uska appendix burst ho gaya ha," Azlan said calmly
Ayan immediately ran out with Zain and Zayd picked out Arhaan who was in too much pain to realise what was happening
"Bs baba ki jaan relax" Zayd comforted Arhaan who was crying in his lap as they drove to the hospital
