before we dive in, just want to say welcome to chapter sixty *yay* super happy you've all made it! originally i wanted to stop at sixty but i have so much in store for acacia, azrael, aaliyah, bricks/josh, maya, kane, pino/cristian, siobhan and many moreeee..... so stay locked in, I don't know what chapter ill be stopping at but imma let it be natural...
"Thank you for coming to get me" Acacia said, "Any time baby girl, any time" Aaliyah said as she drove her, she was driving to Acacia's house, Aaliyah was going to be staying with Acacia whilst she healed. "I should be picking Samaria up in a few days, is it okay if she stays with us?" Aaliyah said as she glanced over at Acacia then back at the road, "Of course, I don't know why your asking me. I thought she would've been with you today" Acacia said as she watched the cars passing by. "She's with Josh mum actually, we both needed sometime right now" she said. A lot was happening and everyone was in their feels. The fellas were definitely feeling it with their good friend doing a life sentence and the other one being dead. "Yeah, it's a lot right now" Acacia said sighing.
Aaliyah grabbed hold of Acacia's hand and squeezed it, "I don't think you understand how happy I am to see you" she said looking at her friend, "I'm sorry for everything you've been going through recently, honestly sis you don't even deserve this but I want you to know that I've got you okay?" Aaliyah said. Acacia nodded her head touched by what her friend had said, she felt like the only people she could trust right now was Aaliyah, Maya and her younger sister Sade. "Thanks sis, thanks for being here for me and showing up every time. I love you so much" Acacia said. They sat in silence as Aaliyah continued to drive, there was some radio music playing but the drive was pretty chilled.
Once they made it to Acacia's home, she unlocked her front door and she looked around the house. It was clean and tidy, "I'm going upstairs to unpack my stuff in one of the guest rooms, I'll give you some time then we can eat" Aaliyah said as she held her Goyard bag. Acacia turned to face her with glossy eyes just nodding her head. She walked into her kitchen, it was completed the way she wanted, Azrael made sure the house was perfect for Acacia's return. She slowly walked upstairs and headed towards the master bedroom, when she opened the door there were flowers all around the room but they were in boxes, they were the kind of flowers which last all year. She walked further into the room and saw a document on the bed and on top of it was there wedding bands they'd chosen. She looked over the correspondent and it was a signed copy of Azrael agreeing to give Acacia power of attorney over all his accounts and businesses. "Damn Azrael" she whispered, she realised how wealthy her man was. She picked up the wedding bands and looked over them. The minute she was given her things back she'd already put on her engagement ring so she decided to wear her wedding band also.
She walked into their closet and found one of his T-shirts to wear, she noticed all his jewellery was gone, he'd put them in safety deposit boxes, which she also had access too. She walked into the bathroom and ran herself a bath, she missed her home and she was ready to wash off months of roughness off her body.
She lit some candles and played some music quietly, she decided to put on Adia - Not a moment. Once her tub was filled and was at the perfect temperature she got in and just relaxed for a moment.
She started to think about how life would be now. She had the cash to live the life she wanted but not the person she wanted to live it with. Everything she knew and loved had changed, the past 2-3 months had become a living hell for her and she felt like it was only the beginning. She didn't know what she wanted to do or what to do, she didn't feel like doing anything.
