1 :Setting the Stage: 1-16

Start from the beginning

"OH! So like Weiss's rapier." Ruby concluded.

Weiss seemed to take offense to that and stuffed her nose in the air. "Our swords are entirely different." I could help but smile. She's funny when she's a brat.

"But, you both swing them right." Ruby scratched her head not understanding.

"Actually Weiss is correct, our swords are entirely different. Hers is made specifically for piercing the enemy, mine is for slashing. If we used them in a way that they aren't meant to, they would break really easily."

"So Weiss can skewer the meat while you slice it up." Ruby drools out.

Oh wow, I wasn't expecting that to come out of her mouth. And Weiss didn't like that conclusion at all. "No! You dunce, that wasn't the point at all."

Not being prepared for something so random like that, I couldn't help but laugh. "HAHAHAHAH!" I tried to wipe away the tears that threatened to come out of my eyeballs to see the team looking at me like I was crazy. I calmed myself and still kept my smile. "Well, nonetheless, it's about time you all start heading to your dorms."

Ruby clapped and jumped up and down. "I can't wait! LETS GO TEAM!" She punched the air and marched away. Yang and Blake gave me a wave goodbye and Weiss didn't acknowledge me.

It was nice seeing people again. Freaking Henry being the socially awkward guy hates crowds and people in general. So, being near someone so energetic was a nice change. I haven't laughed like that I a while. My body felt light and full of energy. My mom and I had a saying that when you laugh really hard you add years to your life. Makes you enjoy the joke or have a purpose to laugh even more.

AND THEN !

I would have to say, days at Beacon were boring! I mean, that's a good thing. No monsters, evil criminal masterminds, crazy psycho exes trying to wipe out the entire planet. So there should be no complaints.

I did catch some students out after curfew though, wrote them up for detention and what not. And I found Cardin picking on Velvet the other day in the lunch hall. I pulled on that f*****er's ears too, and gave him a warning about teasing her.
