Before departing from town, Jisoo visited Jungkook's family to bid farewell. They lovingly presented her with some home-cooked food as a parting gift, considering it a taste of home for her in case she missed it.

"Feel free to call me if you ever want girls to talk," Jungkook's mother told her warmly.

Jisoo felt grateful that despite the pause in her relationship with Jungkook, his family still embraced her warmly, reminding her of the family connection she yearned for. "Thank you, aunt," she expressed gratefully.

She then approached Jungkook's grandmother to say her goodbyes. "I'll see you when I see you, grandma," Jisoo said with a smile.

"Sure, honey. The door is always open for you," the grandmother replied with a warm smile, expressing her welcoming nature."I'll let Jungkook know you came by," his grandmother said, making Jisoo smile. "No need, let's just keep it a secret between us," Jisoo replied with a playful tone, cherishing the shared moment with Jungkook's grandmother.

On the other side of the world, Jungkook captured a breathtaking sunset in Norway, a picturesque moment he wanted to share with her. As he typed out a message to her, showcasing the view, his colleague Matthew couldn't help but tease him.

"You're head over heels, buddy," Matthew chuckled. "How long have you been waiting for her return?"

"Feels like ages! Almost 7 years," Jungkook admitted, gazing at the darkening skies. "But things are good now."

Matthew nudged him, wearing a mischievous grin. "Why not make your move? Propose to her, man!"Jungkook chuckled. "I wish I could, but she's got a wishlist she wants to check off. I don't want to rush her."

"You're a good kid. And you'll make a great father," Matthew commented, slapping his thigh. As they laughed, Jungkook found himself lost in thoughts, remembering a ring he had seen a few days ago. The idea of buying it for her lingered in his mind.

Taking note of Jungkook's quiet contemplation, Matthew shot him a curious glance. "What's on your mind?"

A grin stretched across Jungkook's face. "Marrying her. I've traveled all over the world, but I want to see how the world looks when I'm with her," he confessed, his eyes reflecting his genuine emotions.

Matthew playfully teased him for being so sentimental, poking fun at his romantic side."You're married, right Matthew? How did you know you found the right person?"

"Finding the right person, it's like discovering a melody that perfectly syncs with your soul. It's the way you see the world clearer through their eyes, the way they make your heart skip a beat with a simple smile. You just know, Jungkook, because when you're with them, everything feels right. It's like you've finally found the missing piece you never knew was missing."

Upon hearing Matthew's answer, Jungkook felt a surge of affirmation that his long wait was truly worthwhile. "Thank you, Matthew," Jungkook expressed his gratitude with sincerity. As Matthew bid him to rest, Jungkook found solace in the quiet. Soon, his phone chimed with a simple good night text. A smile spread across his face. "Perfect timing," he murmured contentedly.

"Your view is breathtaking, but it pales in comparison to the warmth I feel thinking about you. Missing you as the sun sets and hoping we'll be together when it rises again. 💕🌅"

A smile formed on Jungkook's face as he read Jisoo's message. He couldn't help but chuckle softly, teasingly rolling his eyes as he typed back a witty reply, keeping their conversation.

"Guess the sky's showing off to get your attention. It's nice, but it's no match for your smile. 😊"

"Can't wait to get home," Jungkook mumbled to himself, setting his phone down as he pondered ways to surprise Jisoo. "Should I tell her before doing it? Nah, surprises are way better," he chuckled quietly.

Overhearing his self-talk, some of his colleagues chimed in, teasingly saying, "Jungkook, you'll go nuts if you keep talking to yourself like that!"
