Lia's POV:

As I was getting dressed, I kept eyeing the piece of paper that Eugene gave me. Even though I find him quite attractive, I'm not going to call him.

I shake my head, trying to snap myself out of my daydream, and I rather focus on getting ready.

I promised Angelo that I was going to take him out today. A sibling trip, which I think we really need.

Ever since I left the house and started my own career, we've become quite distant, even though we still get along great. And I put my foot down yesterday, thinking that it is nonsense that I don't know what's going on in my brother's life.

I grab my keys, completely ignoring the piece of paper that has been annoying me ever since I placed it on my bedside table, almost calling out my name.

"Angelo! Are you ready yet?" I yell as I walk out of my room and lock it. A habit I've had ever since I lived with Mum. I guess that's self-explanatory...

"I'm coming!" He yelled as he ran out of his room, tying his one shoe mid-air, and his hair looking like a mess. I laugh at the image of him being so chaotic.

"Maybe we should go and get you a haircut instead." I laughed, messing up his hair even more as he stood up straight next to me, almost reaching my height.

"Maybe we should go and get you a sense of humour instead." He said as he rolled his eyes.

"You know, if it wasn't for our lack of bonding, I would've left you right here." I said with a smirk.

He just rolled his eyes, knowing that I'm not being serious. "Fine, let's go!" He yelled while running towards my car.

"Mum!" I yelled from the front door.

"Yeah!" I heard her yell back, probably from the kitchen.

"We're leaving!" I said as I almost closed the door.

"Okay! Bye love you guys! Be safe!"

"Love you too and will do!" I said, finally shutting the door.

Adele's POV:

I was actually relieved that Lia and Angelo left. My team and I have been trying to figure out who leaked that video of Lia and me at James' house, and I didn't want Lia to worry unnecessarily. It was bugging me that someone was that close to us without us knowing. Goodness knows if someone could be spying on us right now in our own house.

"So you got someone?" I asked into my phone just as Simon entered the kitchen. I watched his body move towards the fridge. "And you're sure that they can do it?" I know I'm being paranoid, but rather safe than sorry.

Simon opens a bottle of water, and as he takes a sip, he looks at me confused.

"I know Jonathan, but I just want to make sure." I said, trying my best to remain calm even though he was really pissing me off.

Once again, Simon looks at me confused. He scrunches his eyebrows up adorably, basically asking me what I'm talking about through body language.

"Okay J, I'll call you later when you have some news." I hung up the phone and let out a deep sigh while crumbling the front of my body onto the table.

"What was that all about?" Simon asked as he closed the lid of his water bottle.

"Jonathan hired someone to look for the person who leaked the video." I said, sounding defeated.

"And by Jonathan, you mean you?" Simon said amused, making his way towards me.

"Well, I'm the one that suggested it, but he was actually the one that found and hired a private investigator." I said as I turned around and leaned my elbows on the kitchen island.

"Why? I thought you guys covered the whole situation." Simon said as he caged me with his arms.

"Well, we did, but I don't know, I just feel paranoid knowing that someone was so close to Lia and I without us actually knowing." I paused, almost embarrassed at how paranoid I sound. "I just want to make sure that we're safe. Rather paranoid than regretful." Simon simply wraps his arms around my waist and rests his chin on top of my head.

"Where's Angelo and Lia?" He asked suddenly.

"They're having a sibling adventure." I said with a smile.

"Wanna watch a movie then?" Simon suggested. "That sounds perfect. I haven't been able to shut off for a while." I said, sounding like a stressful mess.

We walk towards our bedroom, but I suddenly hear my phone ring in the kitchen. I groan, wondering whoever is calling me must have the greatest excuse of all time. I quickly walk back and grab my phone to see who was calling. It was Jonathan again.

"Hello?" I asked, almost mentally cursing at myself because the next lyrics of Hello automatically played in my mind.

"Hey... before I say anything, where's Simon?" He asked sounding nervous.

"Umm in our room. Why, Jonathan?" I asked really confused. That is such a random thing to ask.

"Go to him."

"Okay..." I do as he says very hesitantly and confused. I walk up to Simon who was already laying on our bed, trying to find a good movie.

"Put it on speaker." Once again, I do what he says, even though all of this seems very random.

"Are you sitting?"

"Jonathan, bloody hell just talk already. I'm not in the mood for games." I said annoyed.

"Okay... I'm just going to give it to you straight."

Now I'm nervous and scared; Jonathan isn't usually someone that is very serious, especially with me, so this must be very important.

"Alright..." I say hesitantly, waiting for him to continue. I can feel the tension growing even though we're only on a phone call. Simon concentrates on what Jonathan is about to say because Jonathan wouldn't want me to randomly put the phone on speaker if he didn't want Simon to hear as well.

The atmosphere in the room suddenly thickens.

"Adele, Rich was released from prison almost 3 months ago."

Now I understood why he wanted to know where Simon was, now I understood why he wanted me to sit down because as soon as I heard the name Rich, I immediately felt dizzy. But when I actually comprehended what he has told me, I fainted. Thankfully Simon was there to catch me.
